    Interesting stuff. I have noticed that over the last year Rush has become more banal, bombastic and even more, rah-rah-rah Republican (with a large 'R'). His character assasination of Ron Paul recently was one of the last straws for me. A few days ago he said something along the lines of Paul not having much support other than college kids that want drugs legalized and like Paul's gay marriage support ?!?!

    Sadly, Rush is a windbag and a caricature of what a right-wing republican has become.

    I wrote about Rush a while back detailing my political journey with him. You are so right, he's really gone off the rails crazy. He said once that Ron Paul would destroy the Republican party and I'm like Kewl! You see, some of us actually expected results out of that '94 election. You can only whine about the scummy liberals so long before you get tired of it and wonder what the plan is. Oh what, they're on the same team! Well that makes more sense doesn't it?
