Forced to Attend a Mitt Event?

From the Raw Story, a tale of coal miners who called into a talk radio show claiming they were forced to attend a Mitt Romney event.

Yes, we were in fact told that the Romney event was mandatory and would be without pay, that the hours spent there would need to be made up my non-salaried employees outside of regular working hours, with the only other option being to take a pay cut for the equivalent time,” the employees told Blomquist. “Yes, letters have gone around with lists of names of employees who have not attended or donated to political events.”

“I realize that many people in this area and elsewhere would love to have my job or my benefits,” one worker explained. “And our bosses do not hesitate in reminding us of this. However, I can not agree with these callers and my supervisors, who are saying that just because you have a good job, that you should have to work any day for free on almost no notice without your consent.”

But wait, folks these charges are totally bogus! Listen to the boss-man explain:

Murray Energy Chief Financial Officer Rob Moore told Blomquist that the charges were untrue.
“There were no workers that were forced to attend the event,” Moore said. “We had managers that communicated to our work force that the attendance at the Romney event was mandatory, but no one was forced to attend the event. We had a pre-registration list. And employees were asked to put their names on a pre-registration list because they could not get into the event unless they were pre-registered and had a name tag to enter the premises.” 

Isn't that totally crazy corporate-speak? It's mandatory, but no one was forced.  Then a long drawn out pointless argument ensues about how can we have a rally at a coal mine with no one in the mine continuing operations. How about you just have one in town?  This reminds me of North Korea. Mark my words, smiling Mitt  will serve up the middle class to the banksters with relish, that's what he's been groomed to do his entire life. Just like another little Harvard boy who occupies the Oval Office.

After telling them that she worked from Ron Paul, she was let go. These people will stop at nothing, but you knew that from the unreported history of the last 100 years that anyone who opposed the Federal Reserve Banking Syndicate always met with unfortunate events. Remember this dear lady's face when you go on and on about how cute Ann Romney is, or on how handsome Mitt is.

One other thing I encourage you to do is go to the Maine Delegates website and just read their biographies. It's pure Americana and these are the people that the RNC booted for being subversives, not showing their love to Kim Il Mitt by placing his name into nomination.  All of them except Cheating Charlie Webster (Mitt's hatchet man), are patriots. Do they kick out Ashley Ryan, the youngest member of the RNC, the National Committee Woman from Maine?  They tried.  Sununu was furious that she had stood up to him in the Rules Committee.  It was not an easy choice to make but they had to thin the heard, the floor noise was embarrassing, so among those kicked out were seven Afghanistan War Veterans, including one who had been home from the war only months.  That’s okay, the Vets are tough. And the media has no spine.  it will be ignored.

Now I'm not saying that Mitt Romney is one of them, but I can't say that for sure seeing how no one is allowed to see his tax returns. Ron Paul Won - Now It's On Them

I had to share this great piece by Robin Koermer of Blue Republicans. The points he makes ring so true.

In all fields of human endeavor, winning by cheating is losing.
In a competition, when someone cheats, he gets disqualified. The disqualification does not make the runner-up the winner. Rather, it reveals that the man who appeared to be the runner-up had in fact been the winner all along.
In the race for the GOP nomination for President, therefore, Ron Paul won.
As the New York Times wrote yesterday,

Delegates from Nevada tried to nominate Mr. Paul from the floor, submitting petitions from their own state as well as Minnesota, Maine, Iowa, Oregon, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. That should have done the trick: Rules require signatures from just five states. But the party changed the rules on the spot. Henceforth, delegates must gather petitions from eight states.

When Mr. Romney and the RNC cheat so blatantly, they make the game no longer about politics: they make themselves ineligible for the vote of anyone who cares about his own morality, his own honesty or his own integrity – regardless of his politics. And from a purely practical standpoint, they invite Americans to ask if they want to live in a nation governed with the same contempt for those who don’t toe the party line as has been displayed both in Tampa and throughout the primary process.
But as a Ron Paul supporter, I can’t remember feeling so invigorated and empowered in my cause.

Ron, Carol, and one of their granddaughters left the GOP snake pit yesterday afternoon, but the State was not yet through with them. At the little airport in Clearwater, 8 TSA agents descended on them and ordered them not to board their private plane. First, the pilots, the airplane, and the passengers would have to be screened in great detail, because Romney might be nearby. After a long examination of the pilots and their credentials, the agents said they had to check the plane for explosives. One of the pilots noted that the plane, full of aviation fuel, was already a bomb. Then Carol Paul, who has a pacemaker, refused to be screened, and an aide started taking video of the whole rotten process. At that point, the TSA backed down and let them through, to Texas and freedom.

That TSA surprise screening was probably the finger the Elite gave Ron for not having the audacity to show up. You guys do know that his name was attempted to be put in delegation by six states, but the RNC broke its own rules again  on the spot and wouldn't allow it. This is thuggery that would make Rahm Emmanuel and Axelrod proud. Keep voting for the lesser of two evils, ya'll --eventually you will vote us all into a concentration camp.

Rule Change = Dictatorship

Ben Swann got an interview with Mitt and Paul Ryan wherein he gets Mitt to reveal that he "knows nothin'" about the stripping of the Maine delegates. But Ben uses this piece to highlight that if Mitt gets his way with this new rule change, he'll be the one selecting all the RNC delegates in 2016, meaning that the grassroots will be mowed down permanently. This has not only Paulers upset, but your run of the mill Tea Party types like Dick Armey, Michelle Malkin and even Mark Levin.

So all you supporting Mitt Romney thinking you're going to "hold him accountable", just know he's trying to work it so that you can't. That's how much humility and respect he has for you and the process. You've been warned.

Update: They are blocking the Virginian delegation from voting on the rule change:

The Virginia and Rhode Island delegations are apparently being blocked from entering the Republican National Convention. They're keeping us all on a bus and not allowing us in the security perimeter.

Romney and Ryan's Brother

This is a connection that is coming out and if you're supporting the Romney ticket, you'd better brace yourself for it.

Romney may have breached state ethics laws as Governor of Massachusetts by holding a stake in a company that did lucrative work for his administration and was linked to the family of Paul Ryan, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Imagitas, a marketing company, was contracted by the state of Massachusetts after receiving $5 million  investment from Bain Capital, Romney’s investment firm.
DT has learned that one of Paul Ryan's brothers, Tobin Ryan, is a former Bain consultant. Both Romney and Tobin Ryan apparently stood to benefit from the $230 million sale of the company in 2005, while Romney remained governor of Massachusetts.
Massachusetts law requires that all state employees divest themselves of financial interests in private sector contracts with state agencies. At the time, failure to do so could have resulted in a $2,000 fine or a 2.5-year prison sentence.

Mr Romney’s 2002 financial disclosure form states that he still owned 100 per cent of Bain Capital Investors VI, the fund’s controlling entity, and Bain Capital Inc, their overall parent company. However, the forms did not detail the individual companies, such as Imagitas, in which Bain Capital held investments. New state employees were obliged to prevent conflicts of interest with existing contracts... 

Spokesmen for Mr Romney repeatedly declined to confirm or deny that he had profited from the sale of Imagitas, or to answer a series of detailed questions about his financial connections to the firm lodged by The Daily Telegraph earlier this week. “You’ve seen his disclosure forms - you know what’s on them,” one campaign source said....

Another corporate backer to profit was The Carlyle Group, the Washington-based investment firm with extensive links to the Republican party, which put $20 million (£12.8 million) into Imagitas in 2000.

I have been in touch with a member of the RNC Rules committee over the past 4 days and have been able to confirm a few FACTS about the nomination process.

1. For a candidate's name to be placed into nomination at the RNC you DO need a plurality of delegates from 5 states.

2. Binding and Non-binding distinctions DO NOT have an affect on nominating a candidates name. If "binding" is allowable by rule, (it is not) it would only pertain to a vote taken on the nomination, not the process of placing a name in nomination.

3. The Ron Paul campaign HAS the majority of delegates in the following 5 states: Nevada, Maine, Minnesota, Louisana, Iowa. He MAY have the majority in Massachusetts and Colorado

I Won't Crack - Will You?

I have to re-blog this from the great Vox Day who calls out Joe Farah at WND as cracking under the pressure in his call to vote for Mitt or else we're doomed - very doomed etc.

I won’t be voting for Romney because I think he will save America or reverse our dangerous course. But I will likely be voting for him to buy America the time it needs to avoid catastrophe. It’s just that simple – and sad.

Yeah, that's a new one. Principles are important, except of course when they are trumped by the frightening possibility of someone becoming president who is already president. It's disappointing to see Farah buying the usual nonsense, which we have heard every four years since 1992, especially since he is throwing a lot of his hard-won credibility out the window.
Is President Goldman Sachs really that much worse than President Bain Capital? Is he actually worse than Satan himself? After all, less than seven months ago, Farah wrote: "I would not vote for Mitt Romney if he were running against Satan himself."
My prediction: if Farah does vote for Romney and Romney wins, we'll be reading a self-flagellating column sometime in 2013 where he laments having sacrificed his principles and voting for a man who so badly betrayed all the conservatives and the small-r republicans who voted for him. Doesn't anyone ever learn from the past? Can't anyone see how the game is played? 

To be fair to Joseph Farah, he does have drones spying on him. As he told Alex Jones just a week ago, and as reported on Drudge, a drone followed him at his secluded rural Virginia home while he was walking his dog. He tried to laugh it off in the interview, but the reality is chilling for those of us who realize that Joseph Farah is the proprietor of the #2 outlet behind drudge in web news.  They can arm those things you know, and all the evidence will be "national security". Nice. Looks to me like the intimidation is working. Vox extends the cruel reality to anyone else who buys this garbage:

If you truly do not understand that a non-vote for Romney is absolutely not a vote for Obama, you are an astonishingly stupid individual. 1+0!=2. A vote for Obama is a vote for Obama. Not voting for Obama cannot, in any sense, be considered a vote for Obama. Political applications do not alter mathematics. If you cannot master basic addition, I not only don't want to hear your opinion about the election, I don't think you should be permitted to vote. Negative, "pragmatic" voting is an inherently self-defeating concept that only guarantees the very results it is supposed to oppose.

I started to smell a big stinky in the 2008 election when a decorated POW wouldn't put out any attack ads on a guy who ran around with commies, didn't have a birth certificate, valid SSN, or even a verifiable past, except hanging out with ex-domestic terrorists, the Weatherman. Yeah, nothing about that made sense to me on any level. That's when I started digging, and what I found was more frightening than I could have ever imagined. So if you're trying to use fear, GOP, epic fail. You're trying to make me afraid of an individual (Obama) and ignore the vampire squid of a system that produced him, nurtured him, and sustains him. Whatever.

Perfect love casts out fear, thus saith the Lord. Anyone trying to manipulate me with fear is weak. Americans used to be a courageous people who would say, "do your worst, villain" in the face of being pressured against their will. I say, is there any courage left in America? That's what this election is really about, not this bogus reality show known as the 2012 fixed presidential election. I, for one, am tired of the wussies out there that buckle under some propaganda and peer pressure. And if they send a drone to intimidate your behind, it means you're getting to them. Americans talk tough, but when it comes to an opponent that lives in the shadows, we find out that a combo of brains and guts is what gets the job done.

Rachel Maddow actually does a fair job on this story, with her lead up here. She interviewed one of the delegates, a young man named Evan Kenny, who explains the mind-bending lengths the Establishment is going to keep Ron Paul supporters out. Evan beat the last Republican candidate for Massachusetts governor for a delegate slot. And to be fair to him, Charlie Baker,  he declined the delegate slot because he said this kind of thing is d.i.r.t.y. and Evan won fair and square.

More on what you can do here from the Massachusetts liberty activists working on this up there. I believe Lawyers for Ron Paul have filed a lawsuit asking for an injunction to prevent the seating of these delegates who have cheated to get their spots. I know, don't hold your breath.

Regardless of what you think of the delegate process, it is still a process that has rules in ink. If you can just bypass it with bogus affadavits and the tyranny of policy, then the whole thing is a joke. If the Establishment can't win in a fair and open process, and then resorts to tyranny because they know that no one will oppose them, then you live in a military "junta" situation. Recall that Ron Paul supporters trying to work hard to win these delegates across America have seen their share of police force and brute force, when it wasn't going to go the Establishment's way. That ought to scare the bugeezes out of every American, I don't care who you are. Via Daily Paul, this post is illustrative of what's really going on out there:

"We are going to have a really BIG guy at the caucus that will be wearing all black to intimidate those Paul people in case they start any trouble!"

These were not exagerations! These were the sentiments of an airline pilot, a Christian radio station worker, an insurance litigator, an investor, a housewife, an elderly women that was with the Republican Party for years, a retired veteran, an honor student, a state worker, a 5 year central committeeman, a stuntman, and more.

In Massachusetts, it's all a moot point because Obama's going to win there anyway. However, for a campaign that's got it in the bag, he seems a little desperate for those 17 delegates, don't you think?

Let's go huskers! If for no other reason to give us newshounds some entertainment.



Update: This story has been covered by GQ Magazine, who reports that the Romney Campaign was behind the ousting of these delegates, who by the way, have a cool, new logo:

"Governor Romney's campaign, through its representative on the Allocation Committee, made the decision not to certify certain delegates and alternate delegates who were unwilling to sign and return on time the affidavit sent out by the Allocation Committee affirming that they would cast their vote for Governor Romney at the National Convention in Tampa," the statement reads. It concludes with the committee's agreement that the dispute over affidavits constituted "'just cause' for not being certified as national delegates."

So it was the Romney campaign who came up with those loyalty affidavits with the perjury scare tactic on them. And they had to be returned within three days even though they came snail mail. This was one of those cases, where no matter what you did, you'd get booted.

Mitt Romney: Bilderberger

Sounds about right. According to Charlie Skelton of the Guardian, Mitt Romney made the pre-election pilgrimage that every successful presidential candidate seems to make prior to the big D vs. R face off. It is well known that Obama and Hillary were both summoned to Bilderberg four years ago and told how it was going to be. Remember that I told you that the "official" list is not comprehensive. Bill Gates was positively identified, but was not on the official list.

The source of Skelton's claims are the four eyewitnesses who positively identified Mitt Romney inside the hotel on Thursday. So we'll be starting off with another felon in the White House.

The fix is in. We all know it. Anyone "hoping" that things will get better like the pictured above in "charge" are officially delusional. The facts (like there's not enough money in the world (including fake $$$) to pay off the debt) are very plain. I'm done arguing about these phony issues. Norm Coleman — Minnesota Senator from 2003 to 2009, he lost his seat to Al Franken in a contested election. He was a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL), but switched to the Republican Party in 1996. He is a strong supporter of the war in Iraq and the War on Terror. 

Jim Talent — may be the only Romney advisor with any kind of conservative credentials, serving as a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation. 

Nile Gardiner — a British conservative commentator who works at the Heritage Foundation. He was a former aide to British PM Margaret Thatcher. He is a graduate of  Yale University, and was an adviser to Rudy Giuliani’s 2008 presidential campaign.

 There are a lot of characters here. Most of your big, international globalists NGOS are represented, including Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, which was found by the Reece Committee of 1953 to have three goals: Takeover of the State Dept, takeover of public education, takeover of the teaching of American History at the collegiate level. Also this group concluded way back in 1908 that nothing was as effective as war to change a society. Google trauma-based mind control. Check out the bologna "expert" groups in the lower right corner. Need an "expert" to tell you what you need to push for that next multi-billion dollar defense contract - look no further than the group that you're little cartel has created for that express purpose.

Also notice the Heritage and AEI. I've previously covered in my Dick Scaife post how these groups were and are funded by big money interests, not the all-American little guy routine they try to pass off.


Anyway, if you think that this cast of characters is going to give you anything other than what we've experienced under Obama, you are delusional. We are at the tail-end of a decades-long, inter-generational long con. They aren't just going to let it go. So go ahead and give in --- drink the Romney Kool-Aid, hoist your UN/NATO flag, and await your instructions. As for me, I'll do anything but that.

Romney - Hearts and Minds

Here's the roundup of him working like heck to piss off as many people off as possible:

• New York Times - Romney campaign ropes off reporters. Secret Service says it's not for security. When they try to get out of their little "area", a Romney worker puts her arms out and says we're not doing this, whatever that means. Read the whole article to get a sense of the crazy we'll be experiencing with this Goldman man. A sample:

Mr. Romney’s team has a traveling press secretary, Rick Gorka, but he is rarely willing or able to speak on the record. On Wednesday afternoon, in a conciliatory gesture, Mr. Romney did something unusual: he walked to the back of a campaign plane and spoke briefly with reporters.

He joked about what he had said beyond their earshot: “You should see all the things we are saying in private, though, really.” When asked if it was his decision to try to keep the press off the rope line, he replied that he was “just watching, just watching.”

• Because the Romney campaign did not like what happened in Nevada, they're taking their toys and going home to their new and improved GOP. They're setting up a shadow Nevada Republican Party. Regular readers of this blog will see the irony in Romney setting up a shadow GOP to go along with his shadow government, controlled by the megabanks for the last 100 years. When manipulating and controlling the poor fools at the local level fails, just go around the process and make your own. With billions in funny money, you can afford it. From the Las Vegas Sun:

Fed up with an inept and self-destructive GOP apparatus in Nevada, the Republican National Committee and the Mitt Romney campaign have decided to erect a “shadow state party” in this critical swing state, sources confirmed today.

“They are still bogged down in the minutiae of whether Romney will be the presumptive nominee,” scoffed a GOP strategist familiar with the details of the restructuring. “We don’t have time for that when the Obama campaign already is in full campaign mode. We have no use for them (the state GOP).”
The lack of faith in the Republican Party here intensified with the botched February caucus, metastasized after the Ron Paul takeover in Sparks and reached its zenith with Tuesday evening’s call for RNC Chairman Reince Priebus to resign by a divided Clark County GOP.

Yeah they're not all viva la r3volution. hee, hee.

• The Bible says if you have aught with your brother, then go to him, and you've got to admit that's what Luke Rudowski does (anybody that goes up to David Rockefeller at his house and says we're going to defeat the New World Order has my respect.) - 

Anyhow, this little video proves that Mitt is totally in bed with the banksters but lies to you with a big smile.

• Socialist Bernie Sanders says that Obama and Mitt are no different, as they're being funded by the same people. While I don't recommend his socialist solutions, he accurately pinpoints the heart of what is wrong in this country. Six financial institutions (megabanks) have assets equaling 2/3 of US GDP. Translation: this isn't a country, its a company and Congress, the military, etc. are just middle management.

• Liberal Robin Koerner, of Blue Republican fame admits that its Romney's race to lose, but explains how he will do it:

Romney's support has proven so shallow and Paul's so deep that, all over the country, at GOP meetings in which delegates are selected to represent a county at the state convention or a state at the national convention, there are too many Paulites in the room to allow pro-Romney party officials to get their favored slates pushed through without underhanded shenanigans. This is having important effects. The most immediately important of these is that, in states where delegates are bound to vote for the candidate who won the state's primary vote (often Romney), the delegates who care enough to actually participate in the process are Paul supporters, and they are selecting Paul-favoring delegates. For example, whereas of the 28 delegates that Nevada will be sending to Tampa, eight are bound to Paul and 20 are bound to Romney, 14 of Romney's 20 are really Ron Paul supporters who'd only be voting for Romney because they are "bound" to. And in Colorado, where 14 delegates are bound to Romney, and only two to Paul, what the official numbers don't say is that the 16 uncommitted are probably all Paul supporters.

For a man that's been running for president for the past 4-6 years, spending millions of bucks, you'd think he'd have more of a nationwide network. Instead, he'd just relying on the mass psychology foundation that has been laid by generations previous. That is, you have to vote for a D or R. If the media says that those are your choices, then those are your choices idiots - got it???! This seems to be working with the older folks who use FoxNews and MSNBC to keep them company all day. Some of us, however,  ain't taking no more &^$ off these people and see them for what they are - criminals who'll buy up (fill-in-the-blank: Congress, Republican/Democratic state and local parties) to get their way. The fix was in for Romney here in Tennessee before the primary season got going, our governor supporting Romney, and the TN state convention is all in for Romney, even though Santorum "won" Tennessee.

In just about every single state delegate convention where there was actual citizen participation, Romney folks have been flabbergasted by resistance to voting for their  man. Now some of you might say that its those dirty Ron Paul supporters making scenes causing all this ruckus. What is actually is, is Romney folks not following Roberts Rules and when it's brought to their attention from the floor (yes by a Ron Paul supporter) they wig out and act crazy. You see it's the Paul supporter fault for insisting on the rules, which are supposed to create order. You know I could write a blog around the subject, "everything I learned about politics, I learned in church" where I have experience with Robert's Rules and cliques who'd just assume that everything would be automatically voted their way. When you don't, things get ugly. I'm definitely seeing that same dynamic at work here.
