Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Bob Porker

Here he is lying to you with a straight face. He is using buzzwords, invoking the Founders, the word success, American dream yada, yada, yada. Another six years of this makes my stomach churn. That's why I'm voting for Dr. Shaun Crowell, libertarian for US Senate in November. Laugh all you want, but I'm done with these people. I might be one of the few, but at least I can be one of the proud.

From Open Secrets, we find his #1 contributor are the employees of JP Morgan. Yes, that happy little band that we learned so much about in our Wall Street series. How they set up the Soviet Union for the purposes of controlling a command economy, and how they funded FDR to do similarly in the United States. This sounds outlandish to those who have not studied the actual history down to the State Department cables, wire transfer receipts and the private correspondence of that era. But it's what is actually going on.

To bring it up to date, JP Morgan is the bank that runs the nation's Food Stamp Program. They are a government contractor. When someone gets on the dole, JP Morgan benefits. Congress appropriates more money to the food stamp program paid for by the fiat money of the Federal Reserve System.

So as not to infringe on his copyrighted website here is the main point in 200 words or less:

Bob graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1974 with a degree in Industrial Management, and after working four years as a construction superintendent, he started his own construction company with $8,000. The company grew as it quickly gained a reputation for meeting deadlines on time and under budget and eventually expanded to operations in 18 states. Over time, Bob’s business interests evolved to acquiring and developing commercial real estate.
Let's look and see how much the purchasing power of $8000 was in 1978.

$29,072.08

Yeah, I could probably start my own business with thirty grand too. Big deal. But don't you love it how he makes it sound like with some magic bean money and sweat, he became a real estate mogul. The rest of his bio goes on to proudly state how he worked to get public-private partnerships aka FASCISM. He brags about working as TN Commissioner of Finance and Administration (but he doesn't mention Sundquist's name, because the man is so hated he's had to exile himself).

The American Dream by my definition is not owning your own house (for most mortgaged forever) or your own business, it's about living free, even if that's in a cardboard box. Hearing this man boast about the free market while doing the bidding of the backers of communism makes me sick to my stomach. Either he's totally ignorant, naive, corrupt, or down with it all. It could very well be a combination of all the above.

Federal Collaborators in Tennessee

Mark them, and see how they operate.

or back-stabbing RINOS
I was against Haslam from the beginning because I knew, I knew, I KNEW that he was in the pocket of the NWO/Shadow Government/Elite or whatever you want to call it when he went along with the ICLEI/Agenda 21 for Knoxville. Of course when you say things in a southern accent and downplay, these things don't sound so scary to the uninformed. They're not going to come out and say that Agenda 21 is the inventory and control over every single piece of real estate, puddle of water, resource and person on planet Earth. That tends to turn people off.

I 'd just like to share the latest of what this collaborator is up to. I hate to use harsh language, but if you don't get what's going on at this point, I don't know how to help you. Check out these articles on the Tennessee Campaign for Liberty:

Primary Election Day in TN!

Keep this guy in your prayers - he's running against Bob "votes with Obama 61% of the time" Corker. This interview is soooooooooooooo awesome. You will feel refreshed at the very idea of this guy in the Senate!

Get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US!!!!

TN House District 57

Also another exciting race here in Tennessee where our RINOs in the TN state gov have redrawn this district around the house of the former incumbent. It's quite funny, actually. Susan Lynn didn't run for the State House last election because she was going for an open seat in the State Senate, when that incumbent, Mae Beavers changed her mind. In the meantime, Mt. Juliet mayor Linda Elam won a three way race for that seat and now is being backed by the TN Establishment.
via Tennessee Ticket

Susan is deemed to "far out" by many in the Republican Party of TN, which means she's on the right path. She was a trailblazer in putting forth legislation to nullify Obamacare in TN, sponsored an anti-RFID chip implantation bill, and is a big supporter of nullification and the Tenth Amendment. You can see why RINOS would dislike her. By the way, she is planning to move around the corner into the newly drawn District 57, even though the law does not require it. How's that for commitment?

TN Congressional Race: District Six

At my new home, I've been blessed with the most exciting races in America! In this one, we have two women, Diane Black and Lou Ann Zelenik. I voted against Diane when I was in high school in my very first election in 1998 when she was running for state senate. I was right then and I was right now. She wouldn't be anywhere without her super-rich husband, CEO of Aegis Science, which makes mega$$$ off of drug testing services. Gee, I wonder why they want to drug test welfare recipients with a new bill?

Zach Poshevich for US Senate

I believe that the candidates running against Bailout Bob Corker all have the best intentions, but I think that Zach has the best shot. Brenda has some baggage that Bob's $12 million bucks will have a field day with. Remember that Bob did that Harold Ford "leering ad" the last time he ran, which everyone agreed was a cheap, cheap shot. We've got enough serious issues to talk about without having to resort to that kind of thing.

I listened to a talk Zach gave in Sevier County and was impressed with his acknowledgement that the state assembly is supposed to be electing our Senators. I was also impressed with his knowledge of the Federal Reserve. I think a lot of the last crop that went to DC from the Tea Party were just plain clueless to how the world really works, and we see that a lot of them have been sucked in. Here's Zach telling us that we need to get out of the UN!

Just so you know what he's up against, Bob has over 12 million bucks, supported by JP Morgan and the bailout banks, I reckon in return for all the nice votes he gives them. Zach has raised about $50,000. Bob surely has all the "sleeper cell" RINOs that populate all the county machines.

Zach_vs_Corker_3.jpg
Bob is a bankster boy all the way, and we've learned here what their game is: total enslavement of people through debt. This should be a slam dunk for a conservative running against Bob, but sadly the money and the idiots in the state machine are working against change.

Remember: August 2 is the primary. Watch for early voting in your county, Tennesseans.

Bob Corker Must GO!

Sponge Bob Corker, a man so oily that if he were on board the Enterprise during that episode where everyone reverts back to a lower form of life, he'd definitely become some slimy salamander like creature. Channel your love of country and hatred of liberals by getting rid of this bankster tool.
Let's go through the many reasons why this must be done.

From the Tennessee Campaign for Liberty, we have this jewel of Senator Bob Corker unsure of the LOST treaty, you know the one that give the UN the right to every pool of water on planet earth.

Highway Robbery in Tennessee

Via Lew Rockwell, the story of a NJ businessmen traveling home with a large amount of cash from a car he had sold on Ebay:

In Tennessee, forfeiture proceedings are conducted ex parte, which means that the judge only heard the thief's side of the story. Reby didn't learn about the hearing until well after the fact — and if he hadn't gone to the media, it's likely he would have lost his money permanently. He had to travel back to Tennessee in order to get a check that was reluctantly written by a police department that refused to apologize for robbing him at gunpoint. Spectacles of this kind are common on Interstate 40 in Tennessee, where officers from two drug task forces prowl the highway in search of cash they can seize through civil asset forfeiture. Kim Helper, District Attorney for Tennessee's 21st Judicial District, insists that the highway robbery scheme is "a way for us to continue to fund our operations so that we can put an end to drug trafficking and the drug trade within this district." Of course, those two objectives — "continued funding" and "an end to drug trafficking" — are mutually incompatible.
By the way, this guy was from the Monterrey Police Department, trolling on I-40 in case you're coming through that way. Want some irony? Larry Bates was awarded Officer of the Year. Maybe he was bringin' home the bacon:

Oh and did I mention that cops are paid out of the loot?

As Nashville's CBS affiliate reported last year, the salaries paid to the officers involved in this highway robbery ring are paid directly out of the cash and other assets seized by them; this means that police often find themselves competing to stop and shake down the same cars, sometimes nearly coming to blows in the process.
You see if you have cash at all, it could have been obtained from selling drugs. That makes you suspicious. Never-mind that Wachovia was caught red-handed laundering drug money through Miami and got a slap on the wrist. If you wanted to stop narcotics trafficking, you'd attempt to stop it at the source by following the money back. There is billions and billions in drug money coming across the border. That's a lot of briefcases {eyeroll}. It's being deposited into the Fed Cartel banks like Wachovia and probably propping them up more than any of us realize. When Gary Webb broke the story that the CIA was responsible for introducing crack to America, he swiftly became depressed and committed suicide by shooting himself twice.

According to the Russian Navosti:
Drug money has become a necessary part of the international monetary system and one of the sources of the financial crisis. The world's largest banks depend on "dirty" but liquid money from drug sales and indirectly encourage the further production of drugs.
Anyone remember when California was going to legalize pot and that Russian big wig came over and said, that's a really, really bad idea. This is because the governments/central banks of the worlds are dependent on drug money and its liquidity to keep themselves propped up.

For your viewing pleasure, check out the Mena Connection- Clinton, CIA, and drugs all rolled up together.

But the point of this post is to beware how we have a separate standards for people wearing a uniform that leads to predatory behavior. We also are seeing a war on cash. Possession of cash = possession of narcotics.

Ghost Voting in TN and Elsewhere

This is happening all over the nation. The state legislatures have so many laws to pass they don't have time for bathroom breaks.Instead of doing the trucker thing with milk jugs (pee bombs aren't dignified), they get their deskmates to vote for them. This practice extends to lunch breaks, and eventually, they just tag team it.

The legislative rules say all members casting votes are supposed to be in their own seats. But lawmakers say that rule is rarely enforced.
The House clerk told NewsChannel 5 that this courtesy is given to lawmakers so they can get up to take care of legislative business or even go to the bathroom.
This story has already generated a lot of buzz on Capitol Hill in this final days of the session and even some fallout.
In fact, in Tennessee, the art of ghost voting is highly sophisticated - involving the employment of sticks to punch the buttons around you. In one article, House Speaker Beth Harwell was asked about this practice:

"What's the deal with the sticks?"
"I'm not familiar with the sticks," she said.
"You're saying you have not seen the sticks?"
"I'm not familiar with the sticks, no," Harwell said.
These sticks come in all shapes and sizes and seem to make voting for others a lot easier.
Incredibly, she claimed not to know about them, but just days earlier and just feet from Harwell, retiring Rep. Mike McDonald, D-Portland, made a big deal of passing his on. In front of the entire House, he announced, "I wanted to present this voting stick to my deskmate."
Ouch, that guy McDonald is from my hometown and has been a representative forever.

Just watch and see how it's done in Texas:

You heard it, they've got so many laws to make, they can't stop to eat and go to the bathroom. Now to a sane person, you might conclude that maybe they just have too many votes!! For the love of all that's holy, STOP passing laws, start REPEALING laws. sheesh.

Tennessee VIPR : A Deeper Look

Like many Tennesseans, I am horrified that the UStasi has decided to pick my state as their starting point for patrolling the highways. Like Jesse Ventura recently said, if the "terrorists" hate us for our freedoms, our government's solution seems to be take away our freedoms so we too, can enjoy living in a police state.

I think most here are mystified and bewildered as to what to do about this. There wasn't a vote, just one day TPTB decided they had the right to inspect vehicles at their discretion. Currently VIPR in TN consists of five weigh stations and two bus terminals.

Rick Perry Gets Told Not to Come Back to TN

Right here in Knoxville, Rick Perry cometh to beg for money. Standing behind him in this vid is Ron Ramsey, the guy I told you to vote for as governor. Yes, it disgusts me, but c'est le vie. So we have a citizen reporter asking Rick about Bilderburg after the canned local media talk to him about golf.  Now I would have taken a different approach, asking about the North American Union, perhaps blending the question to get all the points in like so:

Governor Perry, did you in fact at the Bilderburg Meeting discuss plans to merge the economies and transportation systems of North America as well as introduce the Amero knowing that the dollar would collapse. Is this why you didn't support efforts to battle illegal immigration? Did you also discuss your support of TARP with Treasury Secretary Paulson, who was also attending the Bilderburg Meeting?

But that's just me.

The last part is the best, where he's told not to show his face in Tennessee again. We know how to deal with his kind.

Perry would be better served to just give a pat, dismissive answer to the Bilderberg question to diffuse it. But hey, he's not paying me of all people to advise him. I'd better shut up.

I hear he's raised a lot of money. Ask Romney how much that helped last time around.

Gibson Guitar and Agenda 21

I'm sure you heard that here in Tennessee, Gibson Guitar has experienced the fascist fury of being one of the few all-American companies left.Note that this company doesn't outsource anything and exports at a profit. Maybe they didn't get the memo that jobs are supposed to go overseas and products are to be imported. Listen as the CEO tells of his ordeal of facing down the barrel of the state. Conservatives, where the crap is my national security???

He questions whether his company is "valued" in the United States. The United States government does not value you at all, but "America" does. Call you local and state officials and tell them you are outraged and tell them what you know about Agenda 21. Most of them have no clue what that's all about.

Look at what the governor of Tennessee has to say about the matter when one Tennessean emailed him, (wasn't me).

August 30, 2011

Dear Friend:

Thank you for contacting me about the recent situation with Gibson Guitars. Listening to and learning from Tennesseans is very important to me, and I certainly appreciate your concern, frustration, and input on this matter.

This is a federal issue that is being investigated by the United States Department of Justice. I encourage you to share your concerns with our U.S. Senators and with your Congressman.

Again, thank you for writing. I look forward to working with you and all Tennesseans to make our great state an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.

Warmest regards,
Bill Haslam

Oh well, it's being investigated by the DoJ, the same organization that threatened to shut down all flights coming in and out of Texas if they dared vote out the TSA. The same organization that is totally looking the other way while billions of dollars are being counterfieted by the Federal Reserve and being pumped out to foreign banks. Somebody needs to check out whether Bill Haslam has velcro or shoelaces if you know what I mean. Look at my previous posts and see where I warned you about this guy. We could all be led to the slaughter and he'd be sitting there chewing bubble gum mumbling how its a "federal" matter. Davy Crockett weeps.

TN State Senate Special Election

Our state senator Jamie Woodson has retired and there is a vacancy that will be filled by a special election Sept. 27.  Anyway, early voting starts Sept. 7, I remember that much. Three candidates are vying for the position.

  1. Becky "Duncan" Massey - sister to Jimmy Duncan, the US congressman, daughter to the late John Duncan, mayor and also a US Congressman, niece to Judge Duncan, and an aunt to little Jimmy Duncan III, a Knox County Trustee. Do we have a problem with nepotism? I have praised Rep. Duncan in the past, but his vote for the debt ceiling increase has burned my grits. Anyway, I didn't listen to the debate, but my husband did and his verdict was "airhead". When given a question about accepting federal money with mandates, she goes into how its such a good deal because we get such and such more money this way, blah, blah. Apparently, she doesn't understand what is going on in our country at all - ergo she doesn't get my vote.
  2. Marilyn Roddy - Knoxville City Council-person for seven years. She used to be an elementary schoolteacher and brags how she worked with the Haslam administration (shakes head) in keeping the Scripps network based in Knoxville. Grovel mundanes at the kindness of your overlords. She also in involved with nonprofits, which as readers here know, doesn't impress me one bit, but makes very leery. She serves in the Episcopal church also, yet boasts pro-life creds on her flyer. Any Episcopal diocese other than San Joaquin and South Carolina send their money on up to Episcopal HQ that supports gayness and abortion. Hah, didn't think this Baptist girl keeps up on what's going on in other denominations, but I do!
  3. Victoria Defreese -  a woman without a lot of money who has a very interesting, but not corporate-shiny resume, and always seems to keep it real. When asked about federal money, she said she'd vote to reject any federal money that wasn't constitutional. She also added that federal money always comes with mandates that end up costing more than they are worth. I'll be voting for her before I move to Nashville for no other reason than she puts this quote from the TN State Constitution all over her website:
  • § 1. Powers of people
That all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; for the advancement of those ends they have at all times, an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.
So if you happen to live in North, South, or East Knox County, remember to vote for Victoria!

Tennesseans, We CAN Do Better!

Let's review our glorious history, fellow Volunteers:

Andrew Jackson - While reviled for the unlawful and inhumane Indian Removal Act, Andy J did a few things worthy of manly imitation.
  • President Jackson is the only president in United States history to have paid off the national debt.
  • On a central bank (like the federal reserve) he speaks to our problem today:"Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves."-1836

Andrew Jackson sticking it to the Central Bank

 Notable Quotables:

It is to be regretted that the rich and powerful too often bend the acts of government to their selfish purposes. -1832

The Bible is the rock on which our Republic rests.

You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, will rout you out. (Speaking to central bankers - alive today, he might challenge some of them to a duel!)

I am one of those who do not believe that a national debt is a national blessing, but rather a curse to a republic; inasmuch as it is calculated to raise around the administration a moneyed aristocracy dangerous to the liberties of the country.

Davy Crocket, just go to my previous post where Davy comments on our current situation. We all know that Davy was his own man, and wasn't lapping at the trough of power to attain self-satisfaction. He would have considered such behavior pathetic.

James K. Polk - the only President to keep all his promises:
1. The reestablishment of an Independent Treasury System (keeping American's money away from the central bankers)
2. Tariff Reduction.
3. Acquiring the Oregon Territory.
4. Acquiring California and New Mexico.

He knew how to handle Mexicans, too! Although he created the Department of the Interior, if he were with us today and saw the waste, he'd axe it! Repeal it ALL, don't you know!

Carroll Reece -(Congressman 1920-1930, 1932-1947, 1951-1961) You may never have heard of this great Tennessean, but he was one of the few to stand up and question what role tax-exempt foundations were playing in our legislative policy, academia, and in the area of social engineering. On my roll, you will see a link under X-files called The Reece Committee. They did find out that big corporations, banks and these foundations were in cahoots, but the committee was shut down on charges of "intellectual McCarthyism" and obstruction from Rep. Wayne Hays, the foundation's point man on the committee. Congressman Reece was a member of the Old Right, a Taftee who believed in the most limited government possible.

So what happened? How did we end up with this??

Quoting Berit Kjos's book Brave New Schools:

René Dubos, a board member of the futuristic organization Planetary Citizens, carries Gore's thoughts a step further. In A God Within (the book Education secretary Lamar Alexander said "changed his thinking the most"[65]),  Dubos writes,

"The earth is literally our mother, not only because we depend on her for nurture and shelter but even more because the human species has been shaped by her in the womb of evolution.... Our salvation depends upon our ability to create a religion of nature."
 ************
Al Gore
"Faith in evolution was essential to America's paradigm shift.  First, it provided an alternative to biblical truth. Second, it built a much-needed "scientific" foundation for today's leap of faith into the new-paradigm view of the future.  Many of today's most outspoken visionaries -- Al Gore, Robert Muller, Marilyn Ferguson, etc. -- base their hopes for the 21st Century on the spiritual evolution first popularized by the controversial Catholic priest and scientist, Teilhard deChardin.  Notice how he fits everything into the context of his cosmic evolution:
"[Evolution] is a general postulate to which all theories, all hypotheses, all systems must henceforward bow and which they must satisfy in order to be thinkable and true. Evolution is a light which illuminates all facts, a trajectory which all lines of thought must follow.[63]

Quoting deChardin, Al Gore writes, "'The fate of mankind, as well as of religion, depends upon the emergence of a new faith in the future.' Armed with such a faith, we might find it possible to resanctify the earth.
By the way, Al, could you take a quick vacation back here in TN and make God bring down the temperature a notch, thanks.

Bob Corker -Bailout Bob votes as he's told. He also tells us that repeal of the health reform bill is not going to happen, so just get over it, ok?
Bob's also not a big fan of the Tea Party, check out this post at Terry Frank to see his attitude on it, also interesting anecdote in the comments.
He, along with Lamar, have voted for everything collectivist whenever and wherever possible.  They both need to go. I voted against Lamar this last time, cause I'd rather have my liberal straight up than behind the letter R.

Don Sunquist, ex-governor -Who can forget the man that had the task of implementing Ned McWherter's TennCare, Tennessee's socialized medicine program. Of course, what happened was that every moocher from 12+ states around got on the rolls and almost bankrupted our state. Don Sunquist's bright idea to implement an income tax was met with what we called the Tennessee Tax Revolt. For those that think a person being a Republican means they revere every tittle and jot of the Constitution, better get real and realize that most of them will vote away your freedom and hide it under 10 layers of legalese.

Bart Gordon - I remember trying to "Boot Bart" since high school. This Tennessee Traitor voted for Obamacare and everything else Nancy Pelosi tells him to do. I lived in the 6th district for a long time and I can tell you that this man in no way represents the people who live there. He'll be retiring this year and there is a slew of people on the Republican side running in this year's primary. So do your due diligence, and find out which one is least likely to stab us all in the back.

Jim Cooper 5th district Congressman - Another example of a Tennessee Traitor, he sold us out to the Obamacare monstrosity. How does a person like this even get elected? It helps if your daddy was governor. This guy is into all that green bullcrud we know is a lie. Check out who's running in the primaries in the 5th district, there's just so many good people running, it's hard to decide!
Steve Cohen - 9th district Congressman - He's the third and final Tennessee Congressman to vote for Obamacare, although Lincoln Davis did vote for that procedural trick they did to move it ahead, and then voted against it - so I'd definatly vote against him, too. The former mayor of Memphis is running against Steve. Your Tea Party choice is Charlotte Bergman, so check her out if you get a chance!

There's a lot of great folks running for office right now in Tennessee. We have a conservative smörgåsbord to choose from. The primary pretty much is the election, so we don't want to mess up and get saddled with a bunch of RINOs. We're running out of time to get back on track. I'm not going to do a detailed list of the districts, but I'll throw a few good names out there: Van Irion, running for Wamp's old 3rd district seat; Charlotte Bergman, a brave lady trying to flip Memphis to the land of the R; oh just go to this site and check out the candidates.

As far as the governor's race goes, you know I'm supporting Ron Ramsey because we've had enough of the Pretty Boy Brigade. We need real men who have principles and will stand up for them, and resist the coming collectivist tyranny.

Bill Haslam Parody - I've Collected All Three! Update: Got 2

Priceless. Hurry up and watch it because Has has his lawyers on the case pulling these off Youtube as fast as they go up. Update: Dailymotion's got it up!
Update: Haslam pulled it from Dailymotion - I think he might be Sunquist 2.0
Update: SayUncle has found them on yet another video sharing site. So share this with as many people as possible or copy it before they take it down again.

For those of you outside Tennessee, Bill Haslam is the Establishment choice for Governor. He's been associated with Bloomberg's Cities without Guns program, red light cameras, sustainability, and associated RINO malarkey. He has broken all spending records for a state-wide primary.

Our other options are Zach Wamp, who voted for TARP, 'nuff said?
And Ron Ramsey, who is running on a platform of defending our state from federal government power-grabs. He is the Tea Party Endorsed candidate - so if anyone is interested in helping out, check out Ramsey for Governor to see how you can help. He's running behind because unlike the other two, he actually had to work for nine months out the last year, being Lt. Gov and all,  while the others were traipsing around to fundraisers.

This one is a little bit below the belt, but, hey, if that's as mean as it gets, that's pretty tame:

Davy Crockett - A True Tennessee Congressman

Attention school children doing Davy Crockett research, this post won't help you much, but check out this post to see about convincing your parents to get you out of public school.

Due to Fess Parker recently passing away, some have been reminiscing over his role as Davy Crockett. I thought it was quite timely that Bart Gordon decided to betray the trust of the citizens of the sixth district on the same day.

Bart, take note in how a true Tennessean - who needs the federal government's benevolence like Michael Moore needs butt implants - truly summarizes the ways of the US Congress:

"Congress allows lemonade to the members and has it charged under the head of stationery-I move also that whiskey be allowed under the item of fuel." --- Davy Crockett

As heir to Crockett's seat, I would have hoped that you would not have double-crossed us by voting for yet another entitlement program. Whether you traded your vote or not is immaterial to me; you have not represented Tennessee - the first state to recently pass a resolution affirming the 10th amendment. You've betrayed your governor who begged you not to pass this monstrosity.

I can't find the video of it, but do ya'll remember in the Crockett movie, where he walks into Congress as they're about to vote on the Indian removal bill and says he won't be apart of it and rips it in half? -- yeah, for me, that's my personal idea of what a Tennessee Congressman should look like.

Here are some Crockett quotes - he is literally commenting on our current predicament from beyond the grave!

We have the right as individuals to give away as much of our own money as we please in charity; but as members of Congress we have no right to appropriate a dollar of the public money.
Hear that Bart?

We must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for the living to lead us into an act of injustice to the balance of the living.
Like we all owe $40,000 each BEFORE health care becomes law.

The party in power, like Jonah's gourd, grew up quickly, and will quickly fall.
That's a relief.

I have suffered my self to be politically sacrificed to save my country from ruin and disgrace and if I am never a gain elected I will have the gratification to know that I have done my duty.
Hear that Bart? duty, sacrifice, honor - they're not Klingon words - they stand for noble principles you are just unfamiliar with.

I would rather be beaten and be a man than to be elected and be a little puppy dog.
Actually we all know that while Bart looks like a deer in headlights, he's metaphorically a lap dog.

I would rather be politically dead than hypocritically immortalized.
Bart, you will be forever known as an immortal hypocrite.

If one man in the country could take all the money, what was the use of passing any bills about it?
That's what we're asking too, Davy.

It was expected of me that I was to bow to the name of Andrew Jackson... even at the expense of my conscience and judgment. such a thing was new to me, and a total stranger to my principles.
If Davy wouldn't bow to A.Jackson, what would he think about Bart's bowing to Nancy Pelosi?

Let your tongue speak what your heart thinks.
Apparently, Bart's heart thinks legal doublespeak.

Look at my arms, you will find no party hand-cuff on them.
Haven't seen the armbands, but they may be coming.
