Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Paul Ryan is Another Bankster Boy

I hate to do this amidst the love-fest going on with conservatives that constantly forget just what it is we're fighting. The melodious rhetoric coming from the idiot boxes (TV/Radio) tell them there is a new hero on the scene and that all is saved! The reality is that this man is totally down with globalism. Yes he may pepper his speeches with terms such as "free market", but a person who truly believes in free market America would not have a voting record like this. All of this Ryan hype reminds me of the Herman Cain hype. Tea Partiers rah rah-ing a former Fed official without batting an eye. Why? To be blunt, they were just too dumb to know what's really going on and how the country really does work.

As far as the flow of money goes, Ryan is synced up with the banksters in both parties. His famous "plan" has been shown to be a complete ruse, cutting the increase in projected spending, when the only thing that will even begin to save our economy is slashing the government everywhere.

Paul Ryan is a total socialist cut out of the same cloth as the heirs to Leon Trotsky--the neocons. Yes, he looks harmless enough, but his voting record should be seen as pure poison to the Republic. Thanks to the Republican Liberty Caucus to which I've add my snark.

Paul Ryan on Bailouts and Government Stimuli
-Voted YES on TARP (2008) [Recall that Paulson threatened martial law if they didn't pass it.]
-Voted YES on Economic Stimulus HR 5140 (2008) [Handing more tribute over to our overlords.]
-Voted YES on $15B bailout for GM and Chrysler. (Dec 2008) [My grandpa lost a lot of cash in this one.]
-Voted YES on $192B additional anti-recession stimulus spending. (Jul 2009) [more $$ to the masters.]
Paul Ryan on Entitlement Programs
-Voted YES on limited prescription drug benefit for Medicare recipients. (Nov 2003)
[Ok, this thing is SOCIALIST medicine piecemeal, that's what the Part D was about.]

-Voted YES on providing $70 million for Section 8 Housing vouchers. (Jun 2006)
[He disses the welfare after he voted for it.]
-Voted YES on extending unemployment benefits from 39 weeks to 59 weeks. (Oct 2008)
[I know a guy who sat on his ass an extra year because of the free money he was getting, giving up work to watch Fox News all day.]

-Voted YES on Head Start Act (2007)
[Further separate young children from their mothers, this program is a proven failure.]
Paul Ryan on Education
Rep. Ryan went along with the Bush Administration in supporting more federal involvement in education. This is contrary to the traditional Republican position, which included support for abolition of the Department of Education and decreasing federal involvement in education.
-Voted YES on No Child Left Behind Act (2001)
[I know a friend who witnessed kindergarten teachers coaching their kids in how to cheat on their federal test because they were so afraid of losing their jobs. Sixth graders are given calculators to do basic arithmetic so they won't flub up their tests. Beyond that, this was meant to standardize the curriculum across the country and get the federal tentacles in our schools.]

Socialist piece of crud

Paul Ryan on Civil Liberties
-Voted YES on federalizing rules for driver licenses to hinder terrorists. (Feb 2005) [Nose in the tent]
-Voted YES on making the PATRIOT Act permanent. (Dec 2005)
[How does he feel about the CFR saying Al Qaeda is awesome and the Homeland hollow-point stock up?]

-Voted YES on allowing electronic surveillance without a warrant. (Sep 2006)
[The resistance to the banksters must be tracked]
Paul Ryan on War and Intervention Abroad
-Voted YES on authorizing military force in Iraq. (Oct 2002)
-Voted YES on emergency $78B for war in Iraq & Afghanistan. (Apr 2003)
-Voted YES on declaring Iraq part of War on Terror with no exit date. (Jun 2006)
-Voted NO on redeploying US troops out of Iraq starting in 90 days. (May 2007)
Congressman Ryan supports the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, federal bailouts, increased federal involvement in education, unconstitutional and undeclared wars, Medicare Part D (a multi trillion dollar unfunded liability), stimulus spending, and foreign aid.
[All this means he's for the downgrading of our troops and the transfer of power to the unaccountable, unelectable supranational force like NATO or the UN. Recall Leon Panetta told Congress that the military answers to NATO and not them.]

The lines should be going DOWN!! TN Campaign for Liberty
In summary Paul Ryan, former speechwriter for Bohemian Grover Jack Kemp continues the 100 year tradition of bankster domination of the American Republic. I see videos of this tool spouting the ol' trickle down let's not tax the rich because the rich create jobs. All things being equal, this would be true.
But all things are not equal, the super-duper rich who have set up all these fiduciary devices, benefit from them and  do no choose to create jobs in America anymore.
The world is literally their oyster, they hold no allegiance to any government, but the one world kind that they dream about.  And that world DOES NOT include an America in the mold of the Founding Fathers, but an America where human beings are human resources. What do you do when you no longer need a resource?--- you throw it away.

I really wish the conservatives who claim to be smarter than liberals would wise up to rhetorical manipulation and appearances and hold people accountable to their RECORDS, especially those they've made as a public servant.

Paul Ryan also has the dubious honor of being in those super secret meetings with Bernacke and Fed Co right before TARP. They don't meet with just anyone ya'll. Like FDR said, nothing in that town happens by accident. Ryan's convoluted floor speech justifying his TARP vote (you'll recall that the Tea Party began as a reaction to our government handing taxpayer money to big corporations not being a free-market thing to do) is just embarrassing:

Recall Paulson threatened MARTIAL LAW if he didn't get TARP!!! The best part of this speech says that when profits come to these companies, the American taxpayer gets paid back. This is not the free market, this is fascism and if the man is too stupid to realize it, he is too stupid to get my vote. I don't think he's stupid, he's been around DC a long, long time. Since he was 25, writing speeches for Jack Kemp. He also mentions Herbert Hoover causing the Depression, illustrating his total ignorance of history.

Moving on to Ryan's personal connections to Washington, Muckety has already beat me to it:

Janna Ryan, wife of Mitt Romney’s choice for vice president, Paul Ryan, comes from generations of Democrats.

Her cousin Daniel Boren is a Democratic congressman from Oklahoma. Her uncle, University of Oklahoma President David Boren, also a Democrat, is a former U.S. senator and governor of Oklahoma.
David Boren’s father, Lyle Boren, also served in Congress as a Democrat, representing Oklahoma from 1937 to 1946.
And as long as we’re scrutinizing the family tree, we should point out that Lyle Boren’s sister, Mae Boren Axton, co-wrote the song “Heartbreak Hotel,” made famous by Elvis Presley. Her son was actor-musician Hoyt Axton.
Dan Boren issued a statement after Romney’s announcement saying, “Janna and I grew up together and I couldn’t be more proud of my cousin.
“Although we belong in different political parties,” he added, “I see Paul as a friend, a fellow hunter, and most importantly, a family man.”
Good grief, they're like the Midwest's version of the Kennedys! I have to point out that David Boren, is a Skull and Bones guy for those tracking that sort of thing. (I hope to go through the Sutton book on that when I get done with the Nazi one we're working our way through.)

  1. I think I figured all this out when I saw the video of Erskine Bowles praising Paul Ryan's economic smarts. And I had just crept right up to the edge of that "maybe this might be ok after all" cliff. Wishful thinking, though. I know I can't vote for this ticket, no matter how little body fat the dude has.

    1. Yeah, what's with the the body fat thing? Skinny people rule! That's never worked for me.
Yeah, an insider like Erkskine hailing another insider's plans is never a good sign.

  3. We live in a one party system with 2 branches. The extreme right wing (GOP) and the right wing (Democrats). Where both are controlled by the bankers and Wall Street and the corporate wing of the military. This is precisely what the founders warned us about.

    1. Right on anon.
I didn't want to believe that just a few years ago, but its so obvious now that people are just in denial when they don't admit it.
It stinks when your country is subverted.

  4. If Ryan is a Socialist then I'm a monkey's uncle. Ryan is a Fascist all right, not a Socialist. The difference is huge. We are not seeing a Soviet or Nazi type of government happening. There is a difference, but fascism is definitely the system. Look up INVERTED TOTALITARIANISM. It's written by philsopher Sheldon Wolin. You can Wikipedia it to get the brief gist of it. It's brilliant.
Everyone of those listed programs Ryan supported were in order to support corporations, not the American People. TARP propped up Wall STreet and the Banks. Medicare extension was called Medicare Part D was a give away to the giant pharmaceutical companies and left many seniors out of the plan. The housing subsidies go to the multi-millionaires and billionaires to subsidize their estates. They can claim them as farms so they can get farming subsidies even though they don't farm them. It's really quite disgusting.
No Child Left Behind supports the testing industry which is huge. The testing market anywhere from $400 million to $700 million, and there are 4 corporations that are profiting off this amount: Harcourt Educational Measurement, CTB McGraw-Hill, Riverside Publishing (a Houghton Mifflin company), and NCS Pearson. They write 96 percent of the exams administered at the state level with NCS Pearson being the leading scorer of the tests. Since NCLB has been implemented in the early 2000's, we've seen a huge increase in high school drop out rate. Teaching to tests is not an education. With these tests tied to funding of the schools, we are tying teachers hands behind their backs and torching their ability to teach. Then we blame the teacher if kids don't pass. This is not education. This is bureaucratic hell! Rout memorization is not education. Teaching critical thinking is education. The corporations want drones and cogs to be low wage slaves. Don't even get me started on SallieMae the college student loan funder!
Both parties are doing this. Our government is no longer for the people, by the people and of the people. It is of the corporations, for the corporations and by the corporations for the benefit of their profits at the sacrifice of the rest of us.

    1. wow, that was a great truth bomb. Lots to learn there with how the education eacket works. In Wall Street and FDR, I learned that "they" ditched Hoover for FDR because Hoover wouldn't go along with the NRA, which he called fascist.
What we have in this country is what happens when fascism and communism get together and had a baby that never quits stealing and killing.
Check out the latest on Paul Ryan's brother Tobin working for Bain while Romney was gov. and there was something to do with a company called Imagera and Mass. state contracts.

  5. If I remember correctly wasn't the NRA was deemed unconstitutional by the court? And, the NRA didn't have anything with the bankers or Wall Street. Then again, the court at that time ruled inspection and regulations of the poultry industry unconstitutional. Who unregulates the meat industry. What a scary thought. And as far as the bankers and Wall Street were concerned, they hated FDR because of the regulations he imposed and the wall he created between the two called Glass Steagall. Which was dismantled by Gram/Leach/Bliley act in 1999 or 2000. All those names are GOP senators. Gram went on and became head of UBS. Then that bill was signed by Bill Clinton. Again moving both parties to the right.
We now find our higher education in serious trouble and being run by corporations as well. I ran across a great piece of writing about what is going on in our state colleges. Just like our public schools, it's the educator/teacher who is getting bashed. All the while the bureaucracy/administrator grows in size and financing and depleting funding to the classroom. Again, I truly believe with all my heart that this is not about liberal versus conservative. We all are essentially good people and we are all Americans. Nor do I believe that either party are liberal or progressive or conservative anymore. I believe this because the terms liberal, progressive and conservative involve a very particular philosophy at each one's core. I believe each one of these philosophies have something valuable to contribute to our nation and I have respect for them all. Therefore, I do not bash either position when considering those philosophies. However I do believe that this is about corporations controlling our lives which is what both parties are all about. And, I do believe the corporate media (which is everything on television and much on the internet as well) is very good at dividing us all through fear of the other and keeping us all away from the truth of corporate takeover. The one thing that binds us all (conservative, liberal, progressive) is that we all love our country and our nation's people very much and that at this time we are all afraid. I believe in people, not politicians or politics. Do not buy into the corporate hype. Here's what's going on in our nation's universities if you care to read: http://junctrebellion.wordpress.com/2012/08/12/how-the-american-university-was-killed-in-five-easy-steps/

    1. Yes, the NRA was declared unconstitional. But it was WRITTEN by Wall Streeters. Wall Street contributed heavily to FDR, one of their own. Most people don't realize that FDR was a Wall Street kingpin, having 11 directorships prior to becoming president.
Check out my Wall Street series under the tags at the bottom or check out the great online books by Antony Sutton located to the left. As someone who thinks that corporations are not people, you will really enjoy them.
I recall Charlotte Iserbyt writing about how charter schools are how the corporations intend to take over the schools. She also blames conservatives more for their two-faced rhetoric and rolling over.
Glad I homeschool, and as time goes on, it looks like college is less of an amenity than it used to be.
