Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

But Mom! I Don't Want to Go to Camp!

Not this kind of camp anyway.  Previously, I told you how contractor KBR was getting taking bids for laundry, food services etc, from US citizens should a crisis arise and camps needed setting up. Taking that as a little bit of background, let's see what this document has to say about us here in the "homeland".
Via Infowars, they've pulled the best bits out of your typical verbose government manual. Full document here.

Let's just start with the intro:

I/R operations facilitate the ability to conduct rapid and decisive combat operations; deter, mitigate, and defeat threats to populations that may result in conflict; reverse conditions of human suffering; and build the capacity of a foreign government to effectively care for and govern its population. This includes capabilities to conduct shaping operations across the spectrum of military operations to mitigate and defeat the underlying conditions for conflict and counter the core motivations that result in support to criminal, terrorist, insurgent, and other
destabilizing groups. I/R operations also include the daily incarceration of U.S. military prisoners at facilities throughout the world.
This manual continues the evolution of the I/R function to support the changing nature of OEs. In light of persistent armed conflict and social turmoil throughout the world, the effects on populations remain a compelling issue. The world population will increase from 6 billion to 9 billion in the next two decades, with 95 percent of the growth occurring in the developing world. By 2030, 60 percent of the world’s population will live in urban areas. Coexisting demographically and ethnically, diverse societies will aggressively compete for limited resources.

The thrust of this manual is that it is going to be used primarily in the third world, but look at the goals of our military here: "reverse conditions of human suffering", "defeat threats that may result in conflict" and last but not least, "build the capacity of a foreign government to care for and govern its population". OOOOKKK. Each one of those could be its own post. Jesus Christ is coming to end human suffering, in the mean time, the church, which has been knee-capped by the Elites, is supposed to be doing that. Since when does the Constitution provide that our armed forces which were supposed to be protecting this huge country conveniently bounded by two of the largest oceans in the world out to defeat threats that MAY result in conflict? Oh, and is the US Military is also supposed to be getting the populations of the world ready to accept foreign governments? Geez, if that doesn't radicalize Muslims, I don't know what will! This is the nanny state on steroids, it will control your life cradle to grave not just in America, but the WORLD!! Ha ha, hee, hee, ho, ho, to the funny farm we go! That's just the first paragraph.

The next paragraph disparagingly mentions the world population, which is a continual sore point for the Elite. Remember Kissinger's 1974 population control paper? The whole population bomb thing was a "psyop" if you will to get people across the literate world to voluntarily reduce their family size. And it worked spectacularly. Now the Western world is below replacement demographically. Good, the Elite think, now we just got to get to those dirty third worlders. (These people are deranged, and have the spirit of Antichrist on them, as prophesied.) Notice how the military says that over half of the world's population will ive in urban areas. Hello Agenda 21. Getting them into urban areas is like getting the fish into the barrel. So they'll compete for limited resources will they? Why are the resources limited? It wouldn't be because of monopolies buying their own anti-trust legislation and international trade policies (GATT, anyone?) and preventing localities from becoming self-sufficient? All of these problems have been engineered so that the Dialectic may be employed - Problem-Reaction-Solution.

I/R stands for Internment and Resettlement. Ask a Japanese person about that.
DC - Dislocated Civilian
The first bullet point is the most compelling. What are the products that pacify and acclimate detainees to accept authority? Is it drugged milk like in Clockwork Orange, drugs like Ritalin that pacify current detainees in the government school system? The mind reels at the possibilities.
The third bullet point where they identify malcontents who may organize resistance. Oh, by the way, did you see where in Europe, they are proposing an e-ID number that allows you to get on the internet. The justification: to save the children from bad content. A classic never dies does it?
The officer develops and executes indoctrination programs to remove antagonistic attitudes.
The officer identifies collaborators, and probably snitches as well.
You might find this well and good, but read on as you will find this can be turned onto us, the American people. Recall that guns WERE taken away from people during Katrina by the military. And then chaos ensued by those thugs who realized that people had been disarmed.

Read on to find that US territory is at least, "special":

Now I realize that most might summarize that this stuff is a contingency plan to be used in the event of nuclear holocaust or something like that where there is no civil authority. I would surmise that the authors of this manual have that same mindset. But for those of us exploring the deeper context going on here, other things jump out at us. For instance, reporting to ICRC (Red Cross) central agency, recalls to my mind out the Red Cross was co-opted by the Wall Street interests back at the turn of the century. The Red Cross mission to Russia was used as a cover while the Bolsheviks were given aid and even propaganda assistance by Wall Street while the White and libertarian Green army fought the Reds for control. Lord only knows what the Red Cross is up to these days, but I see them as another limb on the beast of Leviathan.

Newsflash: Jihadis born in Chaostan don't have SSNs.

Now contingency plans like this have been on the books for some time like Rex 87, but given how Homeland has been ordering hollow points (against intentional conventions, but A-OK in the USA!)  and arming up like its the end of the world, makes you wonder what they're planning for. Given we're $15 trillion in debt and only a handful of the members of Congress are even talking about significant cuts, means we really are headed for some sort of crash. What I don't know is if that they'll just wait for it. Or will they engineer some "crisis" (epidemic, major attack) to get us to accept a new normal, say a new global currency, dare I say a New World Order? Crazy? Dude, that's all these people who have the money and connections  are talking about, so what's wrong with me talking about it, too? Am I not Elite enough? Is my conversation supposed to be limited to gardening and recipes?

Tying this in with what I've already posted on Stage Three and BRAC, one can see the history of our military from WW2 in a different light. They closed down so many of the bases at home and diverting those resources overseas for all the "threats." We need to go through the book The Best Enemy Money Can Buy when we get done with Wall Street to put the placement of overseas troops in a broader context. Anyway, the Elites that run the UN aka central banksters, have used the US military as the mule to carry their infrastructure all over the globe.
Has Homeland Security really been created just to be the Internal Security Force as illustrated in the graphic to the right, which was published in the March 31, 1962 edition of the LA Times? Uncomfortable questions, but the more Americans that start asking them, the better off we'll all be. It's a race against time because most of what the government does is dependent on a critical mass of people being in the dark. . If you haven't done so, check out the Fema Camp episode of Conspiracy Theory by Jesse Ventura, this is the one episode that was pulled from reruns. You can fool some of the people all the time, but not all of the people all the time, etc.

Well Patriots, have a freedom-filled day, signing off from Fema District IV...

  1. The number of people that can be fooled seems to be increasing at an alarming rate.

    1. Well, it's not to Great Delusion levels yet. I think a lot of people are waking up, not just in the US, but around the world.
