Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Santorum voted for Sonia Sotomayor

Haven't we learned by now what happens when we don't carefully examine a candidate's record? Erik Ericson at RedState, who would not jive with my particular views 100%, but has put together the fully back-linked accounting of Candidate Santorum's voting record while in the Senate. If you removed the name from the list, I would have thought this to be a liberal democrat's voting record. However, finding Santorum's campaign linked in with so many banksters and Elites, it doesn't really surprise me. He's like the Republican flavor of statism, the guy who'll hand you the convenient form to get your benefits from the new government program along with a slice of fresh apple pie. I hope you guys are smart enough not to take treats from Statists. If your mother didn't tell you not to trust a politician, then let the republican mother tell you - never, ever trust a politician without checking to see who's greasing his wheels.

I'm just going to give you a few of the eyebrow raising picks:

  • Voted for Sonia Sotomayor, Circuit Judge
Wasn't there a big hubub about what a liberal she was? Did she suddenly turn liberal in the last few years or did Ricky vote for a lib to be 2nd Circuit Federal Judge. Where do you people think Supreme Court Judges come from? They don't sprout out of the ground.

  • Voted to give $25 million in foreign aid to North Korea
I'm sure the poor North Koreans got a square meal! (Eye roll)
  • Voted to weaken alien terrorist deportation provisions.   If the Court determines that the evidence must be withheld for national security reasons, the Justice Department must still provide a summary of the evidence sufficient for the alien terrorist to mount a defense against deportation.
Tough on terrorism, eh? Well to be fair, most of the Senate went along with this. But to also be fair, the POTUS this time around doesn't need to "go along to get along" for all our sakes. But I get the feeling that Ricky votes like he's told...just like Barry does.

  • Voted against requiring Congressional authorization for military action in Bosnia.
No wonder he hates Paul harping on a Congressional Declaration of War being Constitutional and all that jive.

  • Voted to allow food and medicine sales to state sponsors of terror and tyrannical regimes such as Libya and Cuba.
For the record, the people who happen to be born in those countries didn't ask to be born into an Islamic or Communist state, and need real help. But only a fool believes that stuff actually made it to the people. Like Ron Paul says, foreign aid is stealing from the poor people in a rich nation ('cause we all know by now that the super wealthy have loop-holed themselves out of taxation) and gives it to the rich in a poor nation. Free trade is what makes dictators loose their grip over the people and the people of such nations gain more power, and nations doing the trading gain more influence.

  • Voted to allow the sale of supercomputers to China.
Thanks a lot buddy!

  • Voted against National Right to Work Act
Unions love him!

  • Voted for mandatory Federal child care funding
My tax dollars are going to fund the feminist agenda. Great.

In case you didn't know, UPS is a union shop and Fedex isn't, but it ain't because Ricky didn't try.

  • Voted to require a union representative on an IRS oversight board.
What more union thugs!
  • Voted to exempt IRS union representative from criminal ethics laws.
Union thugs exempt from ethics laws? Greasy stuff on these Santorum wheels.
  • Voted against creating independent Board of Governors to investigate IRS abuses.
What's going on in here Santorum doesn't want us to see. Or rather, Santorum's puppet master doesn't want us to see.

  • Voted twice to make it illegal to sell a gun without a secure storage or safety device.
Who asked him anyway?

  • Voted for Federal funding for anti-gun education programs in schools.
So he pushes anti-second amendment indoctrination crap on our captive public school kids. Hey, Santorum: Why don't you and Bloomberg go get a room, man?

  • Voted to impose a uniform Federal mandate on states to force them to allow convicted rapits, arsonists, drug kingpins, and all other ex-convicts to vote in Federal elections.
How else will banksters win elections? And just so you know, most of the Republicans voted against this one. Santorum was only one of a couple or so to vote with the Democrats on this. Thankfully, this measure was defeated.
  • Voted for the Specter “backup plan” to allow campaign finance reform to survive if portions of the bill were found unconstitutional.
The bankster-backed candidates are like a tag team that works to cover all the avenues.
  • Voted to mandate discounted broadcast times for politicians.
Voting ourselves special perks are we?

  • Voted to use HUD funds for the Joslyn Art Museum (NE), the Stand Up for Animals project (RI) and the Seattle Art Museum’s Olympic Sculpture Project (WA)
Not to be vulger, but WTF??!!
  • Voted against transferring $20 million from Americorps to veterans.
Yes, the veterans don't deserve crap. Give it all to the liberal Americorps indoctrination summer camp, UN at home program. That's the endgame isn't it? After the UN sends our troops to shed THEIR blood for their social engineering by gunpoint programs, thereby winning the Grand Chessboard, dump 'em. Then reinvest that money into getting everyone globally minded. Really pisses the me (&(&) off! I'm sure there's more to this story, but it's telling that all the republicans voted this way and all the democrats against. hmmm.

h/t Jezebel

  • Voted against paying off the debt ($5.6 trillion at the time) within 30 years.
The endless Orwellian war=peace wars can't go on unless we keep the con game running, man!
  • Voted to give $18 billion to the IMF.
Of course he did. Inching us to a one-world currency. A real patriot would have nothing to do with international control of our money. And that's why I'd never vote for Santorum, even if he was the last man on earth.
  • Voted to increase spending for the Department of Education by $3.1 billion.
Ah, the Department of Education. Once known as Jimmy Carter's expensive boon-doggle, just made a little more expensive thanks to our buddy Rick. The DoE is an important part of the globalist indoctrination program, but Rick cares not about the history of public education in America. He's goes along to get along. And he took $100k to "cyber educate" his kids with your money. That really, really burns my grits. I spend $1,000 for 3 kids of my husband's hard earned money where I purchase my own books on discount. The man gets everything for free it would seem.

If, I, a humble little homeschool mom can put these pieces together using Google and a little spare time, then why, oh why can't a United States Senator with a fully staffed office do the same?

Conclusion #1: He chooses not to be curious as to why the lobbyists and powerful men tell him to vote certain ways and just plays the game. He may even rationalize and compartmentalize what he does so he can live with himself.
Conclusion #2: He knows what's going on and doesn't care.
Conclusion #3: He knows what's going on and is all about it. He thinks he'll get a prime spot in the future reinvented government.

The first conclusion is the most likely. The guy doesn't seem that smart.

But anyway, this is just a sampling, maybe only 25% of the full list Erik at put together. You seriously need to check it out. Read the label so you know what you're getting. Can you say hypocrite after mocking Obama voters for not knowing that the guy was a pinko, and then voting for a pinko with a Catholic family man cover? If all it takes to win the conservative vote is to have a bunch of kids and advocate for endless war because the ragheads will "get us", then anyone with enough bankster backing could be president. but really because his donors are heavily invested in perpetual war and make billions and billions from the unauditable Defense Department which receives money from the unauditable Federal Reserve has nothing soever to do with it.

I swear, conservative voters are a real cheap date. Tell them that you love marriage, babies, and fresh baked pie. Tell them how America is the most awesomest country ever and anyone who doesn't scream USA! and starts talking about the creation of fiat currency and details, details, government intricacy blah, blah, blah, must be a darn pinko or some crap.... Cuddle up and let me whisper sweet awesomest nothings in your voter ear baby..

  1. Rick Santorum is like the proverbial deceitful, manipulative snake in the Garden of Eden, and Americans who vote for him are like Adam and Eve, believing all his lies. He will surely bring destruction to us all if he is elected.
We need to elect Ron Paul for president 2012!

  2. Ron Paul admits life begins at conception, yet says "honest rape" merits abortion:

    1. Did you even listen to the video you linked?
He said you go to the ER and get a dose of estrogen. Conception doesn't necessarily happen at the instant of intercourse, you know. He was saying it would be a completely different story if the woman came in after the pregnancy was underway.

Birth control pills are used by the majority of American women and they contain estrogen. A large dose of estrogen brings on a period. When you forget to take your pill, the instructions say to take one for every day you forgot. Now I don't say that birth control pills are good, I stopped them for this very reason.

Are we trying to win a general election here, or nitpick about something that happens rarely? I support Ron Paul's efforts to save the life of the unborn through his We the People Act, which would return jurisdiction of abortion to the states. Abortion is murder, and murder is adjudicated in the states. Many red states would make abortion illegal immediately and many babies could be saved. It's really telling when so many who claim to be pro-life don't support a bill like this. There's a lot of money being made on this argument for it to away.
