Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Do You Live in a Constitution Free Zone?

Looks like if you live in Hawaii you're out of luck. No Fourth Amendment for you!!

the Constitution-free zone that exists a US borders and airports actually extends 100 air miles inland and encompasses two-thirds of the country's population. The US Border Patrol can set up checkpoints anywhere in this region and question citizens.

How did this come about? The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR - ironic, huh?) last updated 2003 - thank you George Bush, son of CIA.

(2) Reasonable distance. The term reasonable distance, as used in section 287(a) (3) of the Act, means within 100 air miles from any external boundary of the United States or any shorter distance which may be fixed by the chief patrol agent for CBP, or the special agent in charge for ICE, or, so far as the power to board and search aircraft is concerned any distance fixed pursuant to paragraph (b) of this section.

(b) Reasonable distance; fixing by chief patrol agents and special agents in charge. In fixing distances not exceeding 100 air miles pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section, chief patrol agents and special agents in charge shall take into consideration topography, confluence of arteries of transportation leading from external boundaries, density of population, possible inconvenience to the traveling public, types of conveyances used, and reliable information as to movements of persons effecting illegal entry into the United States: Provided, That whenever in the opinion of a chief patrol agent or special agent in charge a distance in his or her sector or district of more than 100 air miles from any external boundary of the United States would because of unusual circumstances be reasonable, such chief patrol agent or special agent in charge shall forward a complete report with respect to the matter to the Commissioner of CBP, or the Assistant Secretary for ICE, as appropriate, who may, if he determines that such action is justified, declare such distance to be reasonable.

Twilight Zone crazy.  Will the real terrorists please stand up??

Col. MacGregor and Foreign Policy

Who's going to call this man a weak-kneed liberal?
He tells it like it is: the Defense Dept is another redistribution of wealth center.
Some are talking him up as Ron Paul's possible Defense Secretary.
Listen for mention of the Insiders, you know who they are: our bankster-cartel friends meeting at the Harold Pratt House.

Revenge of the Nerds

Picture a high school cafeteria with your obligatory stereotypical groups sitting at their respective tables. Seated at one table, you have your idealistic do-gooders all bent on Saving the Planet and mindlessly believing whatever their state-approved textbooks say along with what their state-certified teachers tell them is truth. At another table, you've got a group that's wise to some of that --they listen to conservative talk radio and are ready to punch a hippie at the drop of a hat. They've been known to pull some pranks on their state-certified teacher for laughs. They will grow up to be fine Republican leaders in their communities. They'll be county Republican officials who'll brag how they brought jobs to their community with special tax breaks. They'll see no philosophical problem with federal mandates as long as their area gets some goodies that they can brag about. The latest copy of The American Spectator sits on the corner of the table atop a copy of Mark Levin's Libery and Tyranny. They're not just meatheads, even though they thoroughly enjoy their sports. They figure they're about as plugged in as it gets to what is going on as they comb back their All-American haircut and zip up their letterman jacket and start to head off to football practice.

Super Committee already bought off

According to The Raw Story, the members of our unconstitutional super committee enacted along with the debt ceiling increase, have already gotten the mother lode of federal reserve cartel money:
In total, the twelve members appointed to the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction got nearly $64.5 million from special interests groups over the past decade, with legal firms donating about $31.5 million and Wall Street firms donating about $11.2 million.

Of that $11.2 million, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase donated approximately $2 million combined.
The members appointed to the committee are Sens. Pat Toomey (R-PA), Jon Kyl (R-AZ), Rob Portman (R-OH), Patty Murray (D-WA), John Kerry (D-MA), and Max Baucus (D-MT) and Reps. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), Fred Upton (R-MI), Dave Camp (R-MI), Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Xavier Becerra (D-CA), and Jim Clyburn (D-SC).
Democratic and liberal groups donated the third most amount of money, with about $9.6 million in political contributions, and the health industry donated the fourth most, with about $9.3 million.
Club for Growth, a conservative free market group, donated more money than any other organization, contributing a combined $990,066 to the twelve lawmakers. The vast majority of that money went to Sen. Toomey.
Microsoft Corp. donated the second most, with $810,100.
This money was given over the last 10 years and indicates how tied in these super committee members are tied into the banking cartel and the foundations that we have discussed at such length here.  I would assume Club for Growth gave so much as Pat Toomey is a former president of that group. Just another piece in the puzzle for those of us who are watching.

Time Magazine Attacks the Constitution

If you haven't seen this, go take a look, be outraged, come back and I'll give you the backstory.

The managing editor of Time is Richard Stengel and he owns the byline to their bullcrap Constitution story. It's ironic that Mr. Stengel is the CEO of an Orwellian NGO called the National Constitution Center. You better believe its one of those revisionist organizations designed to twist the meaning of words. Here is the map that reveals who the trustees and honorary members. You will find many of our Supreme Justices and a who's who list of collectivists on both the left and right.

The Mockingbird Media continues its attempt to demoralize us. If you are unfamiliar with demoralization, then you must not have read my most excellent and thorough series of posts of the Subversion Process. I highly recommend you check it out. The fact that they would put a shredded Constitution on the front page with a such a wry title means they're just telling you what they think of it. Reminds me of the famous Henry Kissinger quote,

The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer.
---New York Times, Oct. 28, 1973

The good news is that no one reads Time magazine and if Drudge hadn't put it up, most of us would have never known..

The American Revolution is NEVER Over

But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
--- I Timothy 6:9-11
So was money somehow connected with Lucifer's rebellion in Heaven, for the Scripture says that money is the root of all evil. No, love of power was Satan's motive, and in our sphere here on earth money=power, power=money.

What does that have to do with Independence Day, mama, you may be asking. The idea that a people. need not be governed by a centrally oppressive entity was indeed a revolutionary idea. Even though this is God's ideal government as set up in the book of Judges, with each city in the promised land handling its own affairs, man's sinful heart yearns for a central power to idolatarize. Witnessing the abuses of a tyrannical government, our forefathers set up to craft a document that took into account the sinful nature of man and set barriers to monopolizing power. Time after time, year after year, dark forces have been at work to break down those barriers. Let's briefly recap our history from the "love of money" viewpoint.

“The refusal of King George III to allow the colonies to operate an honest money system, which freed the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators, was probably the prime cause of the Revolution.”
- Benjamin Franklin
I don't need to give you a history lesson on the British, their central bank, and the untapped wealth of our new continent. What most of us fail to realize is that this same group of central banksters has tried again and again to financially conquer our country.

"History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it's issuance
- President James Madison (1809-1817)

The War of 1812, a war whose cause only 1 in 10,000 Americans could probably tell you, was another British-banking production. Running thin on naval recruits, the British navy took to capturing American ships and pressing its sailors into service. Add to that interference with our expanding nation, James Madison asked Congress for a Declaration of War, found here detailing the precise reasons. Failing militarily, the British banking interests try to get us subtly by taking over our banks. Enter Andrew Jackson. 'nuff said?

“All the perplexities, confusion and distress in America arise not from defects in our Constitution; not from want of honour or virtue, so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit and circulation.”
- President John Adams, 2nd U.S. President
So for the rest of the 19th century, our country hums along, except for the bloody Civil War in which you will find British banking interests trying to profit where they can. Note that I'm not picking on the British by describing the banking interests that way, but that at the time, that was the center of "love of money" banking.
"The few who understand the system will either be so interested in its profits or so dependent on its favours that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of the people mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that capital derives from the system will bear its burdens without complaint and perhaps without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests."
- John Sherman letter sent to New York bankers, Morton, and Gould, in support of the then proposed National Banking Act, 1863
Some speculate that Abraham Lincoln may have been assassinated over his support of congressionally approved Greenbacks that cut out the central bankers. Of course John Wilkes Booth may just have been "crazy", but isn't every single assassin in American history been "crazy"?
Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce.”
- President James A. Garfield, assassinated 1881 by another crazy man
So the rest of the 19th century hums along and the people increase in wealth and security, so much so that immigrants flock in to partake. But in the meantime, the banksters are still at it. When one traces back the fortunes of the Robber Barons, one finds huge interlock between them and the large banking houses of Europe. Centralization of industry and finance quickly followed in the wake of the Civil War. This didn't impact the average American, save for the Farmer who had a next to impossible time getting the credit he needed to make it. Thus the populist parties emerged to address this problem.

The Morgan interests took advantage… to precipitate the panic [of 1907], guiding it shrewdly as it progressed.
- Life Magazine, 1907

Things came to a head in the fateful year of 1913, already having carried out a false flag financial attack (Panic of 1907) to scare the Congress into passing the Federal Reserve Act, the big banksters got all five fingers around America's money. The same year they also got the Income Tax Amendment, although some dispute the integrity of that process. It is interesting to note that all these big money people also chose that year (+/- a couple) to start getting into tax-exempt philanthropy. Funny how that works, huh? One would also note that these tax-exempt foundations all worked very hard from that point on to "reform" our country by getting in on the ground level of our countries great institutions.

Our education system, for example, was corrupted by these foundations. For they said that our teachers shouldn't be chosen by a school board elected by the community, but each teacher had to be licensed. Where could one obtain a teacher's license, why from one of these foundation's approved schools of course! What was taught at these schools? The latest in psychology and German thought control education. Look to one of my other posts on education to get the whole story, but suffice to say, the battle for American Independence can only be won with facts. These banksters have worked overtime for decades to ensure that the American people, once the most well-read and morally astute people in the world would descend into an Eloi (HG Wells was one of them, btw) - like ignorance devoid of any sense of propriety - causing a decimation of our families, the building block of society. For if you can't count on your family to love and sustain you, you'll be forced into the arms of the state. With record numbers on food stamps, (a JP Morgan Chase operation, btw), can you not see why Jefferson advocated an agrarian country?

I know some of you say that its not practical for all of us to "go Amish". But that's not the point, the point is one of self-sufficiency. If you aren't dependent on anyone but your two hands and God, then you are truly free. Those seeking the money dripping off a captive market can't have that - they've bought up a lot of the land and have always been the enemies of the American farmer. Maybe its time we stop buying all of our food at the store and from our local farmers and shift what little money we have left away from the tapeworm of central banking and into our beautiful country.

There is in man, a powerful desire to be like the "father of lies" and obtain as much power as he possibly can. On fallen planet earth, the vehicle that power rides in is money. We are blessed to live in God's richest nation, blessed with every type of natural resource available. To think that the Devil wouldn't go after and oppose such a country founded on God's principles of government is beyond naive.

So patriots, what are you going to do about it? First thing  to do is to arm yourself with the facts - like reading this blog! Those tyrants who have worked to game our system by manipulating our money bank on your ignorance. In fact, they have spent millions if not billions to ensure that they have complete control of our educational system and that it not include subjects like Bible, logic, true blue Constitutional history, Austrian economics, etc. So spread the knowledge, and help your country.

Forgotten History of Corporations

Here is a lengthy, but timely excerpt from Charles Lindbergh, Sr. on the danger of corporations. It comes from his book Your Country At War out of a section entitled, Memorial to the Presidents, in which he addresses the past and present presidents of America and apprises them of our situation as it was in 1917. You may notice that not much has changed as the root problem was never remedied and has metastasized. I put in my own comments and links as I felt necessary to help educate you on forgotten history and apply it to our predicament today.

Mr. Presidents, you will recall that the National Monetary Commission had previously been created. This, of course, was a mere sham, for already the Money Trust knew what it wanted and proposed to get it, and finally did. The National Monetary Commission was a “just make believe” to deceive Us. It was ridiculous to send those men at great public expense to Europe to study finance to frame a bill for Congress to pass. Europe has not been economically successful. That was not it at all. The whole scheme had been planned long before. One of the greatest of you, President Lincoln, had warned those of you who followed in succession, and warned the people as well during the Civil War, in the following language:
“Yes, we may congratulate ourselves that this cruel war is nearing the close, but I see in the future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned, and an era of corruption in high places will follow and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the republic is destroyed. I feel at this moment more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before in the midst of the war.”
(This is not my endorsement of Mr. Lincoln - but he sure did accurately observe how things were to go down in the corruption/big money arena)

Yes, Mr. Presidents, the above quotation from Lincoln’s letter to Mr. Elkins, of Illinois, became quite well known at the time as well as other of Lincoln’s statements to the same effect. Those were the ad monitions of one of the world’s greatest of the great— came from the lips and the pen of the one of you who piloted us through the dark days of the Civil War. He knew whereof he spoke and wrote, for the evidences were already clear as to what the corporations sought and the means they used to deceive the people.
The corporations referred to by Lincoln have indeed grown mighty, even more so than could have been dreamed of at that time, and they now seek to commercialize patriotism, by having us look at it through their eyes. The thing that Lincoln said would happen has happened, and it is up to us now to correct it, not only in honor of the great President who made the statement, not only in honor of the heroes who then fought for and won the liberty of all, and not only in honor of the people who supported them, most of whom have passed to the great beyond; not only in their combined honor, but, as a duty to America, the one nation to which the world should look to redeem its people everywhere from industrial bondage.
USA! USA! USA! oh, excuse me, I just can't get enough of nationalism, er  patriotism. In fact, I have American flag T-shirts, bedspreads, shower curtains, napkin holders, mousepads, etc. Actually, I don't, but millions of people do even though according to US Code, you're not supposed to. But in this paragraph, commercializing patriotism doesn't mean merchandising the flag, although it helps. It mean that the very meaning of the word has changed and the thought behind the world. American Patriotism is changed from defending the principles of liberty and self-determination to supporting anything the US Government is doing. The US Government is never wrong and always wants to do what is "best" for us, including all of our thinking, lulling us into an apathetic slumber.

Rep. Lindbergh now lays on the Jefferson quotes:

Mr. Presidents, you and we as well—even the great Lincoln among you—had an earlier notice from one of you. It was by another of the greatest of the great— Thomas Jefferson.
We quote from him as well:

“I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of the moneyed corporations, which
dare already to challenge our Government to trial of strength and bid defiance to the laws
of our country.”—From Jefferson’s letter to George Logan, November, 1816.

Again: “Banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies.”—From
Jefferson’s letter to John Tyler, one of you, 1816.

Again: “Spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but
swindling futurity on a large scale.” —Jefferson

Again: “The banks have the regulation of the safety valves of our fortunes and they
condense and exploit them at their will.” —Jefferson’s letter to John Adams, one of you,
November, 1819.
Remember that the Federal Reserve is a PRIVATE entity controlled by persons unknown, but we're starting to figure it out.

Again: “It is cruel that such revolutions in private fortunes should be at the mercy of
avaricious adventurers, who instead, of employing their capital, if any they have, in
manufacturies, commerce, and other useful pursuits, make it an instrument to burden all
the interchanges of property with their swindling profits which are the price of no useful
industry of theirs.”—from letter by Jefferson to Dr. Thomas Cooper, 1814.

Again: “We are completely saddled and bridled, and the bank is so firmly mounted on us
that we must go where they ill guide.”—From letter by Jefferson to James Monroe, one
of you.

Again: “All eyes are opening to the rights of man. The general spread of science has
already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been
born with saddles on their ‘jacks, nor a favored few booted and spurred ready to ride
them legitimately by the grace of God.”—From Jefferson’s writings.
When you follow the money up, it all winds up in the hands of a very few. For those of you who are conservatives, your automatic Pavlovian training will make you think that anyone who makes a statement like that is a Marxist/Commie/Socialist. I know that because that's where I was but a year or so ago. We're not talking millionaires, we're talking super-duper billionaires, whose fake interest is compounding thousands of dollars every second. We're talking about people who are so intertwined with the government-corporate-nonprofit foundation complex, that you can't tell where their interests begin and end. What we're witnessing is the same phenomenon Rep. Lindbergh is describing in detail in this book. Except that we are viewing the end of a great, great big con passed down from generation to generation. Seriously, just check out the grandfathers of those in the wealth bracket I'm describing and you will find Lindbergh giving their grandfathers heck in 1917.

Mr. Presidents, the last statement above from the great Jefferson stands out with prominence when we take into account that now, more than a century later, we have been completely “saddled” and special privilege, forever, if we permit t, “booted and spurred,” is actually riding us—sticking the “spurs” as deep as they can into our “flanks”—not, however, by the grace of God, but by the acts of the Congresses of the United States.
Our own tyranny was voted on by our democratically elected body. From the rise of all the Federal Agencies of the 1970s to NAFTA and GATT  to the Patriot Act of 2001 to who knows what all, it was all legitimately rubber-stamped in the farce that is our government.

Fascism Definitively Defined & Presidential Rant

Warning: ranting post

I've noticed a lot of confusion of the fascism label lately. I always understood it to mean a government so intertwined with business, that you cannot separate the two. I thought the government worked through select puppet corporations to achieve their ends, whereas socialism/communism is where the government owns the business. Really, they are quite similar, both leading to a totalitarian police state. However, recently I came across an explanation of fascism that really put it into the focus for me. In Richard Maybury's book World War 1: The Rest of the Story and How it Affects You Today--

Fascists believe that ideas such as right and wrong are for ivory tower intellectuals. What is needed is action.
Right and wrong are just matters of opinion, and they accomplish nothing except to keep men of action from getting the job done.
To a fascist, the only guiding principle is, do whatever appears necessary. No exceptions, no limits.
If free trade appears necessary, we should have free trade. If restrictions on trade appear necessary, we should have restrictions.
If lower taxes appear necessary, that's okay, and if higher taxes appear necessary, that's okay, too.
If freedom appears necessary, fine, and if slavery appears necessary, also fine
If murdering millions appears necessary, why not?
Right and wrong are just matters of opinion.
There is no line a fascist will not cross if he believes it is necessary. This enables a fascist to be a chameleon. On any given issue he will adopt whatever prescription he believes might work. He can appear to be a socialist, a conservative, liberal, libertarian, anything. And if he believes conditions have changed and new prescription is necessary, he will switch without hesitation.
I could have linked a lot of snarky links, but I'm sure a number of characters just leaped into your mind. If any of you out there has had the misfortune of having a psycho/sociopath in your life, you probably have experienced this on an individual level. A psychopath has a talent for setting up situations so outrageous that for you to explain it to someone makes you look like the nut. If you had to explain our current situation to our Founders, can you imagine the puzzled expressions you would receive?

This explanation of fascism leaves everyone from everywhere in the political spectrum open to scrutiny. You no longer can hide behind the big R and hope it will be okay. Don't cry and whine about my not being a Herman Cain cheerleader 'cause no one who won't openly denounce the Fed will get my support. I also will not vote for a globalist which is a beast that uses many political disguises.  How do you know if the politician in question is a global collectivist? Do they unequivocally support the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights in their entirety in word AND in deed. Let's run through the recent talked about presidential Republican candidates:

Mitt Romney - supports socialized medicine which is part of the Communist Manifesto. I hear the wait time for a doctor is Mass. is 5-6 weeks.

Rick Perry - supported mandatory immunizations of Texas girls against the STD HPV as his chief of staff was a former Merck lobbyist. Stood idly by the last decade and allowed the SPP progress in Texas as North American Union plans progressed under the Bush administration. That's why they won't do anything about illegal immigration, because the insiders are planning to make us one big happy region devoid of sovereignty. This guy is a "conservative" my behind.

Herman Cain - I've said enough about him here and here. This guy is all about the fifth plank of the Communist manifesto - commercialization of credit in the hand of the state, in short the Fed.

Tim Pawlenty - Mr. Milquetoast RINO. Do you think this man will take on the Fed and the international banksters that have taken over our country? Check out the nicely done video, Who the Hell is Tim Pawlenty by the Humble Libertarian. T-Paw would like to see drivers charged for every mile they drive, which, of course would require some time of surveillance. Just raise the gas tax and don't track us, bro! A guy who wants to track every mile you drive is not a proponent of liberty, people.
“We realize that in the future, cars aren’t going to be powered by fuel, probably,” said Gov. Tim Pawlenty, who signed into law $5 million for the current biennium to study the mileage tax.
Sarah Palin - I'm still waiting for the Facebook post of her denouncing TSA groping, a practice that was unknown to those living in the tyrannies of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, or Communist China. Will she speak to the problem of currency devaluation? - still waiting for that Facebook post as well.

Michelle Bachmann - voted for TARP and to extend the Patriot Act. As a homeschooler, the fourth amendment is really big deal for me. If she is too dense to see where this Patriot Act stuff is headed, then she doesn't need more power.  They're not going after the Muslims, ya'll, it ought to be pretty obvious by now that we are the targets. But she was misled on TARP one person told me, well my congressman wasn't and if she's that far behind the curve, she better study awhile before going for the big job.

Jon Huntsman - another Mormon, really? If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book(Rev. 22:18) If you don't get that, how do you get the Constitution. Did the angel Moroni give you the new scrying stones to help you find the new amendments? Geez.. My religious prejudice aside, the fact that he is a former ambassador to China tells me he is CFR, you can look him up in the membership list yourself. That means even if he is oblivious to the push for world government/standardization/ or whatever you want to call it, he will be pressured to tow their line.

Gary Johnson - I can go with him. He actually has a track record of reducing government unlike the rest on this list. His rhetoric and deeds match up and I can tell you he won't get invited to a CFR luncheon.

Ron Paul - the only candidate approved by President Reagan
In the 2008 election, Ron Paul got more individual campaign contributions from our servicemen than any other candidate, I remember the "mainstream" conservative media playing it down. What does that tell you? That our soldiers know the score, and you can too if you check out my X-file page for lots of level 3 goodies proving that there are treasonous forces at work in the upper levels of our government and have been for a long, long time. Larry McDonald, who was on the tip of the spear battling these globalists elites, a battle that may well have cost him his life, said that it was when he was in the service that he noticed that things just didn't add up and he began to investigate US foreign policy.

Their main tool is the money supply, and that's why I'm concerned because if the dollar becomes worthless, how are you going to feed your kids?  These traitors try to get us divided on individual issues and use psychology via the dialectic process to keep us from becoming united against them. They're throwing everything they've got against Mr. Paul saying he's against Israel, when really he's against all foreign aid, which would give Israel an advantage as we give four times as much to the Arab states around it. We're really, really out of money ya'll and Israel has more than enough weapons to defend herself. They say he doesn't understand the threats of terrorism, when he was the one of the few that predicted it. Soon after 9/11, Rep. Paul advocating using Marque and Reprisal to go after Al Qaeda introducing the Marque and Reprisal Act of 2001 in lieu of going to war with entire nations. And isn't that exactly what we wound up doing in the end? How much blood and money could have been saved had we just done that to begin with? Maybe that's not the point.

Plus, I haven't seen it reported yet where a Muslim groped women and children at an airport, have you? Will the real terrorists please stand up? When and if the dollar crashes, we won't be talking about the defense of marriage act or abortion, we will be hungry and angry. Our Muslim enemies will only sit back and eat their popcorn, that is if they have any. The issues of the past will be irrelevant, the present will be scary, and the future will be bleak.

I choose to support someone who has been consistent and had differentiated himself from RINOS before that acronym even existed.  It's so funny that "mainstream conservative" polls are leaving Ron Paul off of their polls because his wild-eyed supporters keep skewing them. If any of these other candidates could get that kind of support, it'd be front page news and would be hyped extensively. It would seem that our Establishment overlords don't want Ron Paul to be the Republican nominee in a really, really bad way. That makes me think that he's not in their pocket and has their number and is prepared to dial it HARD. Let's pray that God assigns Andrew Jackson's guardian angels to work Dr. Paul's security detail.

My reasoning is based on what is found in my X-files section, which is my own personal effort to collect Level 3 sources or the works of those who have codified their work from level 3 sources complete with footnotes that may be verified. Remember:

The battle for American independence can only be won with facts.

To eliminate freedom, one must first eliminate widespread knowledge of the truth.

How You Can Help Oppose Agenda 21

I saw this great article on Worldview Weekend, one of the few evangelical Christian sites who are clued in to what's really going on. What I mean is, they don't focus on your best life now..

In Carroll County, Maryland, five intrepid county commissioners have accomplished the following:

1. They have shut down the county's Sustainable Development Office, created by their predecessors, and terminated its manager.

2.  They terminated the county's contract with ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives)– the international organization that is working in over 600 American cities to enforce the UN's Agenda 21 policy.

3. They rejected the County's Comprehensive Development Plan, the Sustainable Development scheme that had been written by ICLEI.

These brave men cited the violation of property rights and the U.S. Constitution as reasons for terminating the relationship between the county and this United Nations sponsored organization.

Support them by sending them an encouraging thank you here. They are gearing up for what they know will be intense persecution from the EPA and other associated United Nations minions. If we can be successful kicking the UN out of one American county, it can be a template for the rest to follow.

Our Next Biggest Problem, Our Elected Officials are Stupid

To follow up on the previous post, I would like to link to this World Net Daily article on a quiz that was given to over 2,000 participants. Of those participants, 164 said that they had held elected office of some form. Now they may have been dogcatchers and councilmen, but overall, they scored less than the general population. Take a look at the report here.
Twenty percent of the officials, reports Richard Brake in AOL News, thought that the ElectoralCollege was a school for "training those aspiring for higher political office."
"The fact that our elected representatives know even less about America's history and institutions than the typical citizen (who doesn't know much either) is troubling indeed," writes Brake, who is co-chairman of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute's National Civic Literacy Board, "but perhaps helps explain the lack of constitutional discipline often displayed by our political class at every level of our system.
The average overall score was 49% and for those who had held elected office it was 44%. Having taken the quiz myself, I can't possibly convey how sorry a performance this is. Halfway through the thing, I almost thought it was a joke because the questions were that easy. However, toward the end it got a little more sticky. I ended up scoring an 88%, mostly because I over-thought a few of those at the end.

Take the exam yourself and see if you, too, are smarter than a politician!

How One Man Beat the TSA

Matt Kernan, writer of No Blasters! blog, decided he wasn't going to be scanned or groped or be treated like a terrorist on his native soil. What to do? He spent nearly three hours explaining his constitutional rights. Read his detailed account here.

I said, “Yes sir.  I understand the policy, but I still disagree and I still don’t think that I can be made to do these searches in order to go home.  Now am I free to go?”
They didn’t answer.
I repeated the question.  “Since you are actual police officers and not simply TSA, I am sure you have had much more training on my rights as a U.S. citizen, so you understand what is at stake here.  So, am I free to go?  Or am I being detained?”
Young Cop answers, “You aren’t being detained, but you can’t go through there.”
“Isn’t that what detaining is?  Preventing me from leaving?”
“You can leave if you want, but it has to be that direction.”  He points back towards customs.  Young Cop asks, “Why are you doing this?”
I explain that I’m worried that the Backscatter has unproven health risks.  And that for all he knows, I might be a sexual assault victim and don’t feel like being touched.  I say that the policy is needlessly invasive and it doesn’t provide any added security.

And here's some more, I won't copy the whole thing because the guy was at the airport for three hours, but I think it's instructive to see how he played "who's on first" between the TSA and the cops. Reminds me of how Mr. Spock put a logical question into an illogically programmed machine and made it blow up:

The cops come back and start talking with me.  Again, they are asking why I’m doing it, don’t I have a connection to make, etc.  They are acting more curious at this point – no longer trying to find a contradiction in my logic.
I eventually ask what would happen if I got up and left, and just walked through security.  They shrugged.  “We wouldn’t do anything on our own.  We are only acting on behalf of the TSA.  They are in charge of this area.”
“So if he told you to arrest me, you would?  And if he didn’t, you wouldn’t?”
“That’s right,” Young Cop says.
“OK well then I think it is best if we all talk together as a group now.  Can you call them over?”
The Supervisor returns, along with the Delta Manager.  The Supervisor is quite visibly frustrated.
I explain, “The police have explained to me that it is your call on whether or not I am being detained.  If I walked through that metal detector right now, you would have to ask them to arrest me in order for them to do anything.”
He starts to defer responsibility to the officers.  They emphasize that no – they have no issue with me and they are only acting on his behalf.  It is his jurisdiction.  It is policy.  They won’t detain me unless he tells them to.
So I emphasize the iPhone again, and ask,” So, if I were to get up, walk through the metal detector, and not have it go off, would you still have them arrest me?”
The Supervisor answers, “I can’t answer that question.  That is no longer an option because you were selected for the Backscatter.”
“Well you can answer the question because it is a yes or no question.  If I got up and left, would you have them arrest me?”
“I can’t answer that question.”
The moods have changed.  The cops are now frustrated with him because he’s pawning off his decision-making responsibility to them.  He’s stopping what is clearly a logical solution to the problem.  Meanwhile, the Supervisor is just growing more and more furious with me.
In another deferment of responsibility (which he probably thought was an intimidation factor), “Well then I guess I’m just going to have to call the FSD.”
Unfazed, I ask, “What’s the FSD?”
“The Federal Security Director.”  And he walks away.

This story has made it overseas at the Daily Mail, so you can check that out for the condensed version. Happy Boycotting the Airlines Day! Remember, our liberty is not worth turkey and dressing, people!

Lies the Government Told You - Andrew Nepalitano Video

Here's a link to the first part of an interview between Andrew Nepalitano and Ralph Nader. It doesn't allow embedding, so you'll have to go there and then continue to watch each part, but it is well worth it. Judge N is consistent with the Constitution on all his views, which means he'll anger both the left and right. The scariest part came when he said we're only 2 -3 crises away from a police state. It also dovetails with the recent American Spectator article about our ruling class.
