Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Judge Nap Gets Down to Brass Tacks

Here he is promoting his new book, Theodore and Woodrow and pinpoints the moment when our government structurally changed. Unlike many conservatives who light candles at Ronald Reagan's grave, the Judge gives an overview that confirms what I've been saying by going back to the 1913 era when all this stuff was set up. Both republicans and democrats are both totally invested in this racket that's why neither will do anything about it.

What started as a pebble dropping at the top of a mountain, we down here 100 years below are experiencing the avalanche.

Ya'll enjoy that, I've got to get to peeling the potatoes and finish cleaning the house!

Grassroots Press Conference

In the interests of reality, I present actual un-bought off delegates telling you how it is. They may be the last we'll ever see if the sham of Rule 16 holds. If I were Morton Blackwell, I'd file some kind of charges for being kidnapped on a bus for three hours. But that only works if they haven't bought off the Tampa police and court system. And since they were running around like storm troopers, don't hold your breath.

GET THIS, an employee of Dr. Paul and delegate from Texas had bullets planted in her luggage and was threatened with arrest by the TSA. After telling them that she worked from Ron Paul, she was let go. These people will stop at nothing, but you knew that from the unreported history of the last 100 years that anyone who opposed the Federal Reserve Banking Syndicate always met with unfortunate events. Remember this dear lady's face when you go on and on about how cute Ann Romney is, or on how handsome Mitt is.

One other thing I encourage you to do is go to the Maine Delegates website and just read their biographies. It's pure Americana and these are the people that the RNC booted for being subversives, not showing their love to Kim Il Mitt by placing his name into nomination.  All of them except Cheating Charlie Webster (Mitt's hatchet man), are patriots. Check out the props given to one feisty Maine delegate by Doug Wead:

Do they kick out Ashley Ryan, the youngest member of the RNC, the National Committee Woman from Maine?  They tried.  Sununu was furious that she had stood up to him in the Rules Committee.  It was not an easy choice to make but they had to thin the heard, the floor noise was embarrassing, so among those kicked out were seven Afghanistan War Veterans, including one who had been home from the war only months.  That’s okay, the Vets are tough. And the media has no spine.  it will be ignored.

Brandon Raub: Crazy Like a Fox?

Update: Brandon has been released! Many thanks to everyone who kept following this story, telling the Eschelon machine that we're watching what they're doing.

I'm seeing a lot of mixed reaction to Marine veteran Raub's facebook page. Since I don't have a Facebook page, I can't look at it to evaluate the posts in context. I have seen copies of the essays he's written that seem as though they would fit in on just about any libertarian/Constitutionalist website. Hack Wilson has a great round up of the most incindiary language. Maybe its because I graduated high school in the last 15 years, that I don't see the big deal with the vague war-like words. Maybe we should lock up poets and songwriters for using the words revolution, battle, and reckoning. The one phrase that's getting the most talk is the "sharpen my axe" quote, which in fact comes from a song by the hip-hop group Burning Members. Seriously, you could pull most of this kind of talk off of any Tea Party website. I know some bloggers who speak in bellacose terms, but that is not saying you're planning a "Day of the Jackyl" with your buddies on Facebook. People are intimating that Brandon Raub could have been planning something like that, but I don't know what they're reading.

I see a lot of people saying he could be like John Holmes or Timothy McVeigh. What people don't realize is that these mass shooters/domestic terrorists ALWAYS have a government handler, connections to the national security side of the government, and ususally a drill of the opertion is run right before the killing begins. Once the tradgedy happens, then the demonization kicks in with the media. And the same conservatives who say they don't trust the media, then begin trusting it like crazy. It rather makes me sick.

But getting back to Brandon and his comments, the one I found most  interesting was the one made on August 14, a couple days before his arrest. "The Revolution will come for me. Men will be at my door soon to pick me up to lead it."

Well, one week later, the man has made the Drudge report and has everyone talking about the NDAA, psychiatry as a weapon, and the First Amendment. Bravo, Brandon! You've just lead Brer Gov'ment into the Briar Patch. Listen as Brandon describeos his situation prior to being sent across the state to a VA hospital.

Listen as his buddy intimates that there is more going on here that he can't talk about:

Of course this is all a theory of mine, but until I learn differently, I'm starting to lean toward this being a false flag on the part of Raub. Notice the August 11 post where he admitted that his posts were changing. Was he pushing buttons to get "picked up?" Every political blogger makes the frog in the pot analogy, but I can see this pretty clear, using my recently learned history and my books of prophecy. You all know that Homeland Security is saying that returing veterans are the new probable terrorists. They say this with a straight face while the State Department is A-OK with the most radical Muslim funders in the world, Saudi Arabia, and the rent-a-terrorist Mujahdeen aka Al Qaeda. Yes, these are the very people that Raub was sent to supposedly put down. The military is always first to wake up to a tyrannical government, because they see it go down first hand.

And a statement by Oathkeepers:

Oath Keepers is coming to the aid of this young Marine veteran and our rallying cry will be "CHARGE HIM, OR RELEASE HIM." We cannot allow "mental illness" designations to be used as a weapon against political dissidents in America. See the below article by Brandon Smith for the disturbing facts regarding the use of mental health detention against Virginia Marine veteran Brandon Raub because of his constitutionally protected free speech on his.

Brandon has kicked a bees nest for sure, but was it so all of us out here can see how big the nest is?

Don't Tread on Me: Rise of the Republic Movie

The problem is, the government is full of traitors that won't do their duty and nullify ( a fancy world for saying that law is absurd, crazy, or won't work here) the garbage coming out of DC. Their talking points given to them by their Cartel overlords is wearing a might thin.

My letter from HSDLA

I am a member of the Home School Legal Defense Association, a group that legally represents challenges to home education by asserting the Fourth Amendment.  They are associated with Patrick Henry College, the preeminent college comprising of mostly homeschooled children.

The Chancellor of PHC is Michael Farris who tells us how he wistfully looked at a picture of the original 85 students of PHC from the year 2000. Where are they now?

The Constitution is NOT Dangerous

unless you're a collectivist bankster of course. In this clip Doug Wead schools a talking head on what is really absurd: borrowing from China to pay the military to be stationed in Austrailia to protect us from China. Oceania has always been at war with East Asia you know...
This post would be remiss without a little commentary from everyone's favorite "Rockefeller man", Henry Kissinger: The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer. ---New York Times, Oct. 28, 1973

Commie Conservatives

Found this excellent piece by Vox Day, articulating thoughts I've had on conservatives lately:

I find it extremely encouraging that both the Democratic and Republican establishments are training their biggest guns on Ron Paul while simultaneously attempting to play down the results of the Iowa caucuses. They never would have bothered to do so if Paul's message was not resonating with Americans across the political and ideological divides. We are learning a lot here as a result of the various reactions to the Paul campaign, whether it is the willingness of Republicans to play the race card about which they so often complain, the remarkable extent to which Newt Gingrich is big government moderate rather than the conservative flamethrower he feigned to be in 1994, and the way in which many Republicans who pretend to revere the Constitution do not, in fact, harbor any real respect for it at all.

Ron Paul Voted Against Mother Theresa Award

Interesting:

Statement of the Hon. Ron Paul of Texas in the House of Representatives
Mr. Speaker, I rise today in opposition to H.R. 1650. At the same time, I rise in total support of, and with complete respect for, the work of Mother Teresa, the Missionaries of Charity organization, and each of Mother Teresa’s Nobel Peace Prize-winning humanitarian efforts. I oppose the Gold Medal for Mother Teresa Act because appropriating $30,000 of taxpayer money is neither constitutional nor, in the spirit of Mother Teresa who dedicated here entire life to voluntary, charitable work, particularly humanitarian.
Because of my continuing and uncompromising opposition to appropriations not authorized within the enumerated powers of the Constitution, several of my colleagues found it amusing to question me personally as to whether, on this issue, I would maintain my resolve and commitment of the Constitution–a Constitution, which only months ago, each Member of Congress, swore to uphold. In each of these instances, I offered to do a little more than uphold my constitutional oath.
In fact, as a means of demonstrating my personal regard and enthusiasm for the work of Mother Teresa, I invited each of these colleagues to match my private, personal contribution of $100 which, if accepted by the 435 Members of the House of Representatives, would more than satisfy the $30,000 cost necessary to mint and award a gold medal to the well-deserving Mother Teresa. To me, it seemed a particularly good opportunity to demonstrate one’s genuine convictions by spending one’s own money rather than that of the taxpayers who remain free to contribute, at their own discretion, to the work of Mother Teresa and have consistently done so.
For the record, not a single Representative who solicited my support for spending taxpayer’s money, was willing to contribute their own money to demonstrate the courage of their so-called convictions and generosity.
It is, of course, very easy to be generous with other people’s money.

Tom Woods vs. Mark Levin Debate

Forget the presidential debates, the real action is between historian Tom Woods (PhD Havard) and ex-lawyer Mark "the great one" Levin.

Assasinating the Constitution

The Southern Avenger, Jack Hunter, lays it out in adult terms. Citing Scalia and Blackstone, an adult analysis of blowing up people without due process.

I also love that Jack Hunter has a real southern accent.
