Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

John DeCamp: The Patriot's Lawyer

This interview was done at least ten years ago, maybe closer to fifteen, but the information he provides is timely and astute. John DeCamp stood up for the victims of the Franklin child sex scandal, the Montana militiamen, and ran for governor of Nebraska. Coincidentally, he won all the districts that did not yet have electronic voting machines, but not the ones that did, despite polling first through the election cycle. A Vietnam veteran and close friend of murdered CIA director Bill Colby, who advised him that the Franklin sex scandal went up higher than he could possibly fight--go public to stay alive!!
