Although the women of the United States are confined within the narrow circle of domestic life, and their situation is, in some respects, one of extreme dependence, I have nowhere seen woman occupying a loftier position; and if I were asked... in which I have spoken of so many important things done by Americans, to what the singular prosperity and growing strength of that people ought mainly to be attributed, I should reply, To the superiority of their women.

Mommy Wars? Seriously?

Oh my, it looks like I'm supposed to be rooting for Ann Romney now that an Obama advisor has maligned her, saying:

“Guess what, his wife has actually never worked a day in her life,” said Rosen, who was being interviewed by CNN’s Anderson Cooper about the “war on women.”
And then, just like that, a familiar name popped up on Twitter: @AnnDRomney.
“I made a choice to stay home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work,” Ann tweeted.
The Romney campaign confirmed to ABC News that the account belongs to Ann Romney.

And via Drudge, we find that there is already a poll up at the Washington Post, your flagship Operation Mockingbird outfit. What can we contrast this with? Ah I know, the current first lady who never had the luxury of staying at home.

I love it when they make the Hegelian Dialectic so clear. They're going to use the mommy war card, full of guilt and self-righteousness. Emotions triggered, brain turned off. Saying that raising five kids,  is hard work is supposed to put her in the good graces of socially conservative America. That's what they're planning up there at Elite-ville. Let's get the women vote riled up to turn out one way or another. Working on the ol' conservative base only after of making your life story both a punchline and punching bag for honesty is quite a lot of audacity.

Munching my popcorn watching the WWF spectacle that has become American politics, and wondering why more people can't see how totally phony all this is? You think I'd vote for these Romney Goldman Sachs characters because Obama is so awful. Honeychild, Awful left the train station 99 years ago, and there's nothing that any man, woman or child can really do about it individually at this point. I'll still be pulling for Paul because he's earned my respect. That, and I got to see how this delegate soap opera is going to go. Don't listen to what the MSM tells you, listen to what they DON'T tell you. I used to be manipulated by fear and do the whole lesser of two evil thing, but praise God, this is the year I've been delivered!

A tribute to women who lived the last time there was all-out violence on American soil - pray that we don't experience it again..PS - they were all SAHMs too!

Update: Romney milks it with Moms Stand with Ann PR campaign. What'd I tell you? And in all fairness, it's not so hard when you have maids and nannies to be that proverbial clone of yourself you've always wanted.

  1. Today I was reading a part of Alexis do Tocqueville's Democracy in America for a history course. Tocqueville interviews a French lawyer in New Orleans about the American system of government. What caught my eye was that the attorney basically said what we see today -- that crooks, cronies and half-wits are typically elected to office, they spend most of the time writing and repealing worthless laws and incite the public with what is Hegelian Dialectic today. Very interesting.

    1. Yes, the Tocqueville quote at the top of my page goes along with this subject. Republican mothers are supposed to be using their brains guarding the castle, not running some hamster wheel for fiat money.

  2. BTW: This is a very interesting article on Hegelian dialectic:

    1. I recognize that website! Mrs. Kjos has really been way ahead of the curve on all these authoritarian/control issues. She was born in Nazi occupied Finland, and ties what is happening back to the Bible. Lots of great content on that site.

    2. Interesting, I'm tucking it away in the go-back-to file :)

  3. Bwhahaha! I'm having a lot of fun with the do-nothing housewife angle, myself, but no way is this making me vote for Romney. Really, people fall for this? I know they do, or our country wouldn't be in the condition it's in. I only half believe it, and I can see it happening right in front of my face! Pass the popcorn. I like mine with butter.

    1. It kind of reminds me of someone who's been caught lying and just won't quit. Everyone just stands around them with a tortured look of pity and disdain on their face. Nervous laughter, but the liar's show must go on.

  4. I very much respect you and all libertarians who plan to stand on their principles. You won't find me putting the blame on you if Obama is re-elected. If that happens it will be the fault of those that voted for him. I think you know that I am not going to stand on my principles. If I did, I would be doing the same as you. I am going to make what I believe to be a strategic vote for Romney and thee Republicans. Not because I believe they are any better than the Democrats. But because I think there will be unintended consequences to their plans that will release the foodgates of inflationn and the bond market will drive down the price of bonds and drive up the interest rates. The combination of those two things will take the controk out of the hands of the politicians. They will have no choice but to cut spending, reform entitlements and start paying down the debt. Otherwise, the US government will default. It has to happen sooner or later, rM. I'm hoping it will happen sooner.

    1. Thanks for seeing the position of the no more two-party system voter. I think they are very much trying to make the USG government default, and parlay this into a one world economy with one currency. They have the chess pieces in place, with their boys Romney and Obama doing the bankster bidding and the IMF, and the BIS working in the background. It's very clear to anyone on the outside that both parties are not autonomous agencies, but have an overarching tendency toward socialism. Default doesn't scare them one bit--after all, they're citizens of the world.

This takes a level of cynicism that most people just can't conjure. But when you read what these people write to each other for the past 100 years, it becomes quite evident that the destruction of nation-states and total globalization of everything has always been their goal. I just can't help but pull for the one man in this race that is A. knowledgeable about all this and B. is against it. Question is, does he have the majority of delegates in five states? If so, we make it to the floor. The Santorum people now have to choose in what has always been a two man race for the nomination: Constitution vs. Bankster.

  5. This is just more of the same old charade that goes on every election cycle and we conservatives drink it up faster than the cool-aid Jim Jones served up to his followers.

    1. I've seen a lot of cult-like activity amongst conservatives this election cycle. Good grief, it makes me ill!
